This restaurant just feels like another Fast Food Restaurant, older staff doesn’t talk much, they don’t smile,and they don’t say please or thank you.... They all seem to not want to be here. Chick-Fil-A is known for the personal experience they provide, this store definitely lacks that. Edit: Ordered a Chick-Fil-A Sandwhich and got someone else’s spicy one instead.

I love this location in north Raleigh. Staff is friendly and truly understands customer service. Staff neat clean cut,and uniforms look nice. The red bow tie looks a bit out of place but that's ok. Neat,clean and fast delivery to your table. Their catering mgr spoke with me and was impressed with her great attitude,nice smile and seemed as she truly loved her work. I wish more fast food businesses could use their format for training and quality control. Nice place to take a family or kids.
