Food order was fast and the area was clean. Great affordable deals. The fruit loops shake is unique and very tasty.

We came at 10:30 and there was a lite amount of customers in the drive thru, but it took a half an hour to serve a measly 6 cars. We had to wait several minutes before they even took the preceeding car's order, and then wait several minutes before they took ours. I'm still waiting at 10:59 and cars are giving up and leaving. This is ridiculously poor service.

My friends laugh at me when I say that this Burger King is my favorite restaurant in Rapid City, but it's true. The food is always fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the service is generally fast. I highly recommend the Crispy Chicken Junior from the dollar value menu.

Horrible service. Waited in the drive through line for over 15 min and the person beside me was waiting as well
