Burger King

I wanted something quick and convenient but also vegetarian. The veggie burger was pretty tasty for a fast food establishment. The staff greeted my family with smiles and the place was clean.

Went through the drive through yesterday at 10am and it took around 20 minutes! 4 cars drove off ahead of us, we got to the window and the cashier was clearly irritated and threw the bag with someone else's order on the counter and yelled "4 cars drove off". We still had to wait, and wait, and wait... then were informed they didn't have any has browns and "the manager" wanted to know if we'd be ok with fries. If "the manager" cared at all he would have approached the window and apologized to us, offered us some kind of discount...but no. He clearly had no control of the restaurant or his employees. With 6 staff members I could see from the window (including the manager himself) there is no reason we should have been treated as if we were a nuisance to this restaurant instead of a priority...in fact the REASON they have jobs at all. I will take my $35 to McDonalds next time.

Went through the drive thru and Erika was so cheerful this morning! She rocked it and made it a great experience!!
