As far as established fast food venues go, Burger King is one of the best. The food is consistently good. Service is passable. Get ready to spend at least ten dollars per person if you're hungry, as prices are not for the poor.Food: 4/5
Listen... it's the little things for me. Had a long day with a cast on one arm on top of it. The arm closest to the window. Noticing me continuously reaching across my body to pay them get change, ECT. The guy at the register starts to hand out the items as far as he could to make it easier for me. Guy did it without saying a word, without stating the obvious. Literally nothing. Just humbly helping out his fellow man expecting no recognition. BLISS.... With good well timed food; you sir made this an exceptional trip to Burger king. I appreciate ya bro
Wow, what happened to proper customer service skills? The lady at the drive-through is utterly severely, rude and impolite and inappropriate said racial comments to me and my friends in the car about Hispanics totally not cool specially, to represent who Burger King really is.Food: 1/5
Employees were out back smoking, went straight inside to make my food without gloves and without washing hands, i left without my burger, thanks BK Recommended dishes
Doesn't matter what time I go, or what day of the week, the dining room is always locked. Lights are on, I can see people inside, but when I knock they completely ignore me, won't even look in my direction. Sign on the door says dining room should be open right now. I've pulled in here about a half dozen times now expecting to be able to sit down and have a burger but it's always a waste of my time. It's no wonder everyone I know trash talks Burger King anymore.
First time I came here. The hrs o the sign said BK was open. Sunday 1 or 2. No one to be seen and the doors were locked. Came again...We'd morning..It's Open. Ordered a ham & cheese croissant. Got a bacon & egg croissant. They are not on their Game.Food: 3/5
Great place to go if you like food poisoning. I ordered two chicken sandwiches that both had brown, slimy lettuce. The chicken nuggets were so dry and hard that I wouldn’t be surprised if they were fried two days ago. Also, the person at the window nodded off while getting me change. Overall, it was one of the more positive experiences I’ve had at Burger King.
I have been coming to this location #3939 50th and Center for over 30 years. Recently this location was struggling with staff and service. The facility could use a major facelift But, I am so glad to see that there is all new staff! Customer service and quality has significantly improved! Even the frozen coke machine is working! Mireya works the drive thru window almost everytime I come through. She is always so friendly and courteous and my order is always correct. Good job to her and her crew!
Just remember, no matter how bad your customer service ever seems, it can never be as bad as a customer service at Dairy Queen on 540 32nd Avenue in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Had to have them fix my breakfast order at least 3 times because they don’t know how to listen the first time. Then the person that took my order originally kept getting pissy about it. Eventually they just refunded my whole order. Definitely don’t recommend this location. Food: 3/5
