The employees at the drive thru window were pleasant and very kind. They were great! We ordered a kids meal and 2 sandwiches. The 2nd sandwich was incorrect, so the kitchen was not on top of their game that night.Food: 4/5

This is probably one of the best burger kings around this area. I work near this one and whenever I come the service is fast, good service, food always hot and fresh. I love in Chesapeake and the one on Battlefield sucks I refuse to go to. But thus one right here is so good!!!
The service was friendly, but our Whoppers could have been better. The meat was the size for a small sandwich, and it was cold, dry, and mine was actually burned a little on the edges. The sandwich was over-slopped with mayonnaise; there were two pieces of tomato SCRAPS, and too many onions for that small hamburger patty. I like Burger King, but it will be a while before I visit the Holland Road location in Virginia Beach again.

Stuck in drive-thru line for 25 minutes before I finally got to the point I could escape. In that time they waited on at most 4 cars. Absolutely dreadful service!
BUSY tonight, and they nailed my special order with a quickness! Impressive. Corey the assistant manager, I believe- don't have my glasses on was at the window and nice and smiling despite the rush. Y'all are always getting every aspect of our orders right and I appreciate being able to stop someplace that I can count on to do it right the first time. You've become a regular stop for us! Keep on with the great service, we appreciate you! The fries are always perfection, too- you guy rock!
Dry. Tasteless. No Love
Very fast breakfast service. Only downside is if you ask for ketchup and they say it will be in the bag. It is not. Delicious sausage biscuit though!
Normally, I would give BK a 'C' in quality... but THIS MORNING OMG! We got our food right after 11am and this is the first time I've eaten all my fries! The spicy chicken sandwich was the most moist, savory, delicious sandwich I had EVER had! So I had a leave a review. This morning crew? Ya'll are like.. A+++ GREAT JOB AND THANK YOU!
