Sonic Drive-In

This is literally the WORST Sonic in VA Beach! The customer service always sucks! You provide your order and its always still wrong. I waited almost 15 mins for two toaster burgers; nothing else was ordered. I said no tomatoes and they still added tomatoes. The bread was cold and barely toasted. And the burger itself was just sloppily put together. But my total was over $15. I will never go to this Sonic ever again!

Sonic is the only place that places them pickles JUST right! And look how perfectly toasted that bread is! Oh my goodness. I want another! The service was great. The food was perfect and we got our food super fast..both times we ordered lol definitely coming back to this location. Well played Sonic.

Sonic is usual great, but this time was awful and a waste of money! I did online ordering and live about 7 minutes away and headed that way once done. I got a double cheeseburger, onion rings, and a bellini slush; my daughter got lg fries, lg mozzarella sticks, and a drink. There was no marinara sauce given and they were not hot at all, my burger and onion rings were cold; my cheese was not melted, the bread was tearing apart like it was stale, the bottom patty was hard like it was just sitting there and the top patty was put on it, 1 pickle was there, 3 pieces of little lettuce, no catsup, and the onion rings were hard as a brick like they were sitting around and had been dropped back in the grease! Totally unacceptable for $24

As a delivery driver you barely get paid. They'll have you standing out here forever. They need to learn how to prioritize their system. I'm only waiting for one thing and it's been about 10 minutes... And I'm only making $3.50.. restaurant should have employees that only fulfill delivery orders

Went to the drive through and waited in line. Waited to order only to be told that the speaker wasn't working and to go around to a stall. Went over there and ordered from an employee. Waited 30 minutes and no one ever came out with my food. Pressed the button again and he eventually came over and told me he forgot and never typed it in. I left with no food after wasting 40 minutes here. I called corporate to complain and was offered a coupon for a free burger with purchase. Shockingly bad start to finish.

Chicken sandwich was good. Brocolli- cheddar tots were OK. Might just stick with hot dogs there from now on.Food: 5/5

Sonic Drive-In is the BEST! I love ordering their mozzarella sticks. Service is always prompt, and the servers are very friendly and hospitable. The food is always fully cooked and hot - unlike some fast food chains - would highly recommend!

A couple of months I ordered from DoorDash and when my food got here, it was extremely cold. I barely ate it. I wouldn’t recommend this sonic at all.

Always enjoy a good milkshake, wanted a tender dinner combo with fries and... I don’t understand this. Not too satisfied. Heard shouting in the background as well, an employee sounded a little too stressed.

I ordered in the app and the were so quick to deliver my order. Drinks are half price in the app all the time, it's totally worth having it!
