Ordered the original chicken sandwich and found a long black hair wrapped all around the sandwich and under the lettuce in the mayo . Gross. Won't be eating there again .

Poor staff. The service was not good, my partner was ignored by the employee at the register when he was ready to order; another gentleman stepped from the window and took his order. The fountain drinks were funky, especially the “sprite.” The floors were sticky…. And my biggest complaint is their restroom. It’s not well maintained. Toilet was not clean, hand soap dispenser was empty, and napkins were a mess all over the trash. I want to give a 1 star but I give a 2 just hoping that we had come at a bad time for the restaurant and because we did get our food in a timely manner.

2021- Updated review I have come here four times in the last two months so I waited before changing my original review from two years ago. There’s usually a wait in the drive-through per usual with most fast food places but the service and the food were both great enough for us to keep coming back and here I am on a Friday night it’s 8 o’clock and I don’t wanna make dinner so I stop over here and I am happy to say I will be back. Im thinking they have new management and employees so I’m a happy customer again 2019- 1STAR Im not a fan of burger king i never wanna go here but once in a blue moon someone well wanna go try something new and see. And we have done this For many years on and off never experiencing anything good enough to keep us as customers. So we went to Burger King to try the new tacos I get it it’s Burger King and tacos should not be at a burger joint but I digress it tasted gross it was flat it was hard it did not come off fresh or crispy,it wasn’t good in anyway. Not to mention their service is really bad at all the burger kings but the diamond one takes the cake. The manger lady was so short with me, didn’t wanna explain what’s on a certain burger I inquired about, and worst part if it all was her condescending way of talking. *another note* They do NOT accept or take any coupon from the burger king app. Basically they promote the app and using the discounts on the walls and doors of store but they don’t accept it. I'm only giving a low rating because the parking and drive thru + entrance are not very well thought out. It's terrible because the drive thru lane gets very long and people aren't allowed to dine-in and you supposed to turn in on dimond for drive thru but it's impossible if the drive thru is backed up.

Only go here if you crave Burger King food. It is not fast food, they are slow. If there is a line in the drive thru go somewhere else. The staff argue among themselves in front of customers. Good luck fixing this mess.

Long wait, got almost every part of the order wrong. Cold food, wrong drinks, asked for doing sauce, received none. Unfriendly service. Take a look at the picture at how little sauce is on the chicken sandwich and only one sad little pickle.

Terrible service. Food was cold, missing a ton of what we ordered, and when we asked for a correction it was like speaking to someone who didn't care. They've lost my business permanently. Not recommended at all.

Nothing fast about Burger King. Lobby is closed, so if you want to wait 45 minutes for a greasy burger? Feel free.

i had my driver come down to grab me lunch and the chicken sandwhice bread was hard as heck i called the store ranf 3 times and they just hung up on me i talked to the manager pauline and she tried to act like they didnt just hang up on me im trying to call now and no one is answering so now she answered when i called like four different times she asked for the recit i told her i would have to find so now that i found it to call her back now she says she remebers my order but when i talked to her earlier she said so many orders for chicken sandwhice comes in daily she donesnt remeber when i asked for her GM and now she remebers the order? now i will have to miss lunch at work because they giving out old bread thats hard i work 10 to 12 hours a day and when i send my driver to get food thats the only way i can get it while working now i cant have lunch because im not eating a hard bread she needs more training on customer service because her service was really poor over the phone
