Odd place. They had decent food and we definitely got it nice and fast. It is however super dark inside and has low ceilings giving it a cave like feeling. It fits with the vibe of the place, but it's not somewhere I would regular. They messed up our order slightly which wasn't a big deal as it was fixed quickly, but it was the middle of the day on a Sunday and they weren't very busy so no real reason for it to happen. Regardless, decent food quickly was not something we could always find in all parts of Alaska so we enjoyed this. Not sure what the hype is with all the positive reviews, but it was alright and got the job done.

The service was decent. The girls were much more kind in person than they were over the phone while ordering. The food was fresh and good, absolutely no complaints there. As for the drinks, they have a decent variety of beer on tap as well as a decent overall liquor choice and the ambiance is ok. I personally would go back for the burger alone!

I finally decided to try this place out. After all the hyoe... I ordered a burger. Bacon Cheeseburger with jalapeno. The forgot the bacon and jalapeno and subbed banana peppers. The burger is a huge patty. And I got tots as a side. The burger was bland and not medium rare more like medium well. And I had to wait 5-8 minutes for my pickup to be ready. The bartender was quick, polite, gracious and accommodating. As well as a total knockout. Parking: Tight parking lot not a lot of maneuvering room.

Absolutely 100% the BEST burger in Anchorage!! Always fresh ingredients and excellent value for your money. I definitely recommend checking it out if you haven't already. You won't regret it

It's a bar with good cooks. If you're here, you're here for a beer, maybe the game, perhaps pool I dunno. But their French fries are genuinely excellent housemate, and the various things that go with them are well selected and even the worst picks are solid.Food: 4/5

Ordered takeout during the pandemic. Accurate timing for pick up was appreciated. The hollandaise on the eggs benedict was off and mostly flavorless but the rest of the benny was good. The biscuits and gravy weren’t memorable. The breakfast potatoes were good, but could have used a couple more minutes to crisp up. Good prices for hot eats but wouldn’t recommend to friends with all the other options in Anchorage.

Love this place, until a lady on the phone tonight wouldn’t take my to go order. My friend calls in to order for pick up and said it would be ready in 20 mins. I hadn’t decided at the time if I wanted anything, until 3-5 mins later, I called to put my order in. She states they’re only doing dine in. I let her know my friend just called in a few mins ago to put in an order, you won’t put my order in with him? She replies “yeah no, we’re only doing dine in. *hangs up*”

Great burgers. Uncomfortable seating. They need lower tables for you can sit with your feet on the floor.Food: 5/5

Food is hit and miss, and bartenders can be the same. The one thing that never seems to change is that the bar area always smells like vomit.Food: 3/5

Yes, it's a total dive bar, but in a good way. Good food and cold beer, and a good place to hang out with your friends. They have pool tables, but I don't know if anyone actually uses them. Not while I was there, anyway.
