I've had two unpleasant experiences at this location. The first was an order of fries. They looked days old and had a smell. The second was an order of chicken nuggets. They tasted awful . This is not a good place to eat especially at night.
Why visit? Very nice and clean Burger King. It's big. This is a brand new store in new plaza.this was mu 1st time in this branch. Staff was friendly. I like the store
I've never had one bad experience from this Burger King the food is always really good and nothing beats their Whopper!
Ordered a whopper and then saw a roach crawl on the floor in front of me. Asked for the manager and a woman came up with the biggest attitude possing as a manager. Didn't have a name tag and refused to give me her name. Refused to give me the owners name ...I just left the food there without paying...place is very unsanitary and should be SHUT DOWN IMMDEDIATELY!!!!
This is the closest Burger King to where I live, but I'll be going to the one on the north end of Bayonne from now on. The woman that does drive thru is terrible. I keep going thinking things are going to be different but they never are. How is she terrible? She wants to argue with you. I go to order something on the menu, she argues with me. I just want a croissant sandwich, not talk back. I just want to eat, I don't need someone berating me for not knowing the numbers of meals. She is a huge pain. The last 4 times I've tried to order there she gives me bad attitude. Don't eat here.

Dont go to this burger king!!! They served me cold jalepeno poppers twice and when I asked for a refund the manager only gave me some of my refund back and said she cant refund me for the tax because she threw out two orders on me. The didnt even want to remake the order because they daid they just made it but I know what cold cheese feels like when it enters my mouth. The entire time I was met with attitude and resistence from the staff very unprofessional
First off this place is always clean, and the staff have always been polite. But they are extremely understaffed. A lunch time rush and a simple order took entirely too long. It seemed like a one women show thanks to this older women who I assume was a manager. She seemed to be training all the staff minus one. And I’m the midst of this chaos a man who could not speak English gave her attitude because she could not understand his severely broken English. This store needs help.
I just was in the drive through customer service and wait to was horrible. Cashier name Natashae was very rude extremely unprofessional and have no class. If you don’t like your job find another never will I come back again. And no I didn’t spend my money there either.
