Unfortunately at this particular establishment, the ability to properly process information is sorely lacking. I asked for two large orders of chicken nuggets. It wasn't until I reached my work site that I discovered that I was given a large order of cold fries. Where they got fries out of nuggets is beyond me

Had a Biggie Bag, and a crispy chicken with bacon sandwich. It was pretty busy, but the wait wasn't too bad. Wendy's is always good food.Food: 5/5

Just wasted 40 min of my life. Imagine stopping in a DRIVE-THRU for FAST FOOD and it takes over 40 minutes! 1st the cashier messed up the payment and swiped my card for someone else's order. Then they dropped one of my burgers and had to make another one; then told me wait by the STOP line... 20 min later I see no on, so i go around and they bring me HALF of what I ordered. This place should be replaced by a mc donalds or something. This is ridiculous. I just asked for a refund TO get out of there. On my way to burger King I guess!

Why do Wendy's ALWAYS gets the order wrong! Every single time! Well, today tops it all! We ordered 3 meals with fries. We recieved one meal and 3 fries! But they sent 14 packs of sweet and sour sauce! Is this a joke!? When I called the store, they asked if I can come get the missing sandwiches tomorrow! At this point I'm laughing and promising I will never order from this place ever again!!

Got my order completely wrong. They need to get there drive thru fixed. Person taking the orders isn’t hearing you correctly and putting it in wrong. I order a Baconator double and a 10 pc nugget. I got something completely different. Does this look like a baconator and a 10pc to you?

Place is a dump. The chicken is never fully cooked. Nuggets and sandwiches alike. Fries are always cold and hard. I rebuke this place in the name of Jesus.

It’s a very busy place but food is always good and hot. Ppl have to be mindful that fast food is a busy very busy establishment just remember that! Jada n all the other staff are great and try their best to satisfy customer needs. Some of you customers need to be realistic and stop thinking so much when you’re hungry eat a snicker or something!

Bro.... why would you put NO SAUCE FOR A 16 PIECE NUGGET ORDER???? And had the NERVE to ask me if I asked for sauce on DoorDash.....service: horrible. Food:cold. sauce for a 16 piece order?NONE! this location is simply Trash.

Recently reopened the dining room after it was closed for renovations for a while. It's just a "newer" feel of something we know already.
