Orderd from drive thought. what looked like a yummy Doble sourdough buger on the menu/with out cheese??? But what i got was a sorry looking buger !! No tasted bread and cheese??which i specifically asked for no cheese..what else can i say quality has realy gone down at buger king....
This is the reason people sue companies for false advertising! They claimed this taco was at most 10 minutes old, looked awful and was hard as a rock. Got my money back! Completely unacceptable! Would be one star but for the other food was decent.
I found out today this place is now closed for good and I'm gonna miss it. Because of the excellent service provided by Edmond and his staff, this was my favorite BK in town. I love BK and this place was a big reason why. There won't be another location in the Valley that can match the service that this place had. RIP 7th St Burger King, I will miss you.
I placed an order for 2 ham croissants and 2 double ham biscuits. They were out of biscuits...again. So I just ordered the 2 ham croissants and some hashbrowns. The guy repeated the order and said 2 sausage croissants. I corrected him, and he repeated back to me again, this time correctly. After waiting 15 minutes at the window, with no one ahead of me, I got my order. I pulled off and checked my order and sure enough, I got sausage. Sausage and ham sound nothing alike! And the hashbrowns looked like the grease hadn't been changed in forever and sat in its own nasty grease for far too long. So I went to return the food and the lobby was closed...of course. Went back through drive through and the guy that messed up my order said he was the manager. For real?! I have worked fast food and it's not that difficult! Listen to your customers, pay attention, and get the dang order right!
I can't say enough about Burger King always fresh. And that manager Nicole is a fast and efficient person. Attentive and on point, need more workers like her in this industry to show how it is supposed to be done. Thank you 5 stars from me......
From faith: the employees at the drive thru, Jenna and Edmond were awesome! They are so sweet and polite and we're more than happy to help with my wonky request. I'll continue to come here just for them!
This joint is the worst Burger King I ever ate at and the most disgusting fast food experience I had. Tasteless and probably old whoppers, refried or remanufactured chichen nuggets, long wait, lousy attitude. Where are Burger King quality control inspectors to shut them down?
This is the worst BK I've ever been to. The staff is untrained and messes up just about every part of every order, if they are even taking orders during business hours. I am looking for a career change. I would be open to taking a General Manager role at this store to help fix it and make it a place I would recommend. I've worked for a few BKs in the past and experiencing this quality of service is disheartening.
I placed my order via the app. When I got to the restaurant, they didn't have everything available that I ordered. They offered a substitution, which I accepted. They offered me a fry for my inconvenience. When I got home, I realized not only did I not get the fry they offered, which didn't particularly bother me, but they forgot the large fry I ordered and the burgers were missing all the condiments. I truly wish just once they could get the order right.
DONT DO IT- Went at 1pm, took 30 mins for drive through cuz they wouldn't have the ppl in front pull around. Food had obv been sitting for 20 mins. Drink watery, food FULLY room temp. And their exhaust gave me a headache to boot.
