Well, if you're thinking of ordering seoarqte orders, do not go drive thru. I waisted a lot of time in there for them to tell me no, you need to go inside and order. It's very inconvenient when your coworkers ask you for food.
This is my go to fast food restaurant I go to all of them at least once a month But I go here once a week McDonald's across the street has closed its dinning area I enjoy just sitting and enjoying my meal Lots of homeless stop by They've got a way of handling them without causing too much hassle I enjoy there rewards program and discounts The crew is outstanding People move quickly in line and their food is prepared fast Everyone is working hard Not like McDonald's where I see people just trying to look busy
I ordered at 2:57 pick was 3:15 I checked in but I didn't receive my order untill 3:40 the manger tryed to tell me well you have to let someone know when you get here very rude I told her that's the first thing I did I didn't like that attitude when I have paid them ahead of time so then she say I wish my girls were here you only have to tell them once . Yeah that's not cool will not go back to that store.
My Whopper was fresh off the broiler. But the service is terribly slow. The 67th Ave is slow too & service is mediocre at best. And I should've not have to ask for my receipt.Food: 4/5
As long as you order the food fresh it is delicious. They have apps now to give you discounts on certain items they're good for adults and kids.Food: 5/5
It is a reasonably good place. Good workers etc. It is on my bus route so I stop there for convenience. I do like the dressing, like a Mayonaise, that they use on hamburgers, but it is still a FAST FOOD place. Nothing good or bad about the store. It's pretty non descriptive. There are better hamburgers but not in your REGULAR places. Food has lost quality in most all places. Profit is more important than Quality. Quality is hard to find in a grocery store. Costs are pushing everyone away.
I enjoy Burger King food, i like the chking and the fries, but I hate this Burger King. The workers are not friendly and the worst part is this Burger King is unbelievably slow. I can wait 20 minutes in the line and not even have ordered yet. It is crazy slow which honestly ruins the experience. No one likes waiting 20 minutes to order “fast food”. Whether inside or drive thru it is slow. I am waiting in line while writing this review. The line has not moved and the 5 cars that were behind me all decided to leave. This is honestly insane. edit: 14 minutes later they have just barely taken my order, definitely would’ve left but there was a car behind me the moment i got in line.
Witnessed a manager and her employee be rascist towards a black man in a wheelchair who accidentally spilled a little bit of water/soda but he did his best to clean it and apologized. Yet they manager decided to threaten the customer with calling the police and that he needed to leave even though he was dining in and just got his food. Her employee continued to heckle him and make comments towards him. Horrible experience and overall horrible way of handling a situation.
If you place an order through their app, wait even 20 minutes to go pick it up, they still won't have made your order. I gave this place repeated chances and no matter how many times I placed an order through the app and waited a long time to go pick it up, they never had it made or even started to make it. I tried going through the drive through, going in the store. It didn't matter, same result every single time. While waiting for my order I've heard the employees talking bad about other customers, talking through their headsets about customers as well. The people that work there seem to just be miserable, unhappy and not care about customers at all. It's really sad because it wasn't always like this at that location.
