Burger King

The staff is friendly and helpful the food is fresh and prepared to Burger King's standards. The manager Antonio is a personal person and takes the time to get to know his customers by name. He's done a great job at turning this Burger King into an enjoyable spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you haven't been in awhile stop by and give Antonio a chance. The restaurant does need a upgrade and there does seem to be a maintenance man working on something most of the time.4

I’ve tried to give this place a chance, but it is unlikely I’ll ever eat here again. The food is always just barely warm. The service is always slow and sometimes unpleasant. If you don’t check you’re order there’s a good chance it is wrong and when you bring it to their attention sometimes they act like they’re disgusted that I brought it up. Since they always make you pull around the corner and wait for your drive thru order you better check your order quick before they go back inside. Bottom line, eat some where else.

I had order some nuggets but before I had order there was a customer in front of me which was an employer on the Road Runner side of the store... The lady told the burger king cashier that she hope the chicken nuggets were fresh. The cashier stated in front of her General Manager Big Carols " All our food is fresh". Point to be made she told a bald face LIE! My chicken nuggets were stale cold and old... SMDH.... Buyer King Cooperate you guys need to get it together especially when your GM agrees with a lie.

This is the worst place. I just cannot believe what happened this morning. There was something wrong with the cashier who was rude. She smashed a coin slip on the cash machine. She didn't even ask me about my drink, and when I said I wanted for coffee, she said "I know, I know." I retracted my order, and she continued bad mouthing on me to other employees. I asked for the manager's name, but she and an associate would decline to give the name. Be alerted when you go to this place next time.

I went inside to order in an effort to avoid drive thru errors, and since I was the only customer at the counter thought it was a good sign. Ordered three combos; 1 with everything, 1 with mustard only, and 1 with ketchup only. Simple instructions, obviously I was wrong. Got the food home; all three had pickles and onions. The one that was supposed to have everything had only pickles & onions. Tried calling the manager, thought $36 for burgers warranted a call, never returned my call. Pitiful.

We woke up on a Sunday morning without electricity. I went in search of coffee. BK has a commercial I saw about BK Cafe' with regular coffee, any size, for $1. My wife cannot function without coffee. So I ordered 2 large regular black coffees and the charge was $4. After paying the $4, because my wife needs it, I engaged my brain and asked what is going on. The menu board actually shows any size black coffee for $0.50. So the very nice and extremely capable person in charge, manager maybe Karen, took very good care of me and the situation. BK should be happy to have her on their team. Thanks Karen, you kept me out of the doghouse.

Omg it’s so much I can say about one particular manager at this store. She’s very rude and very disrespectful to her minor workers. She talks to them like they are dogs. During her breaks she goes outside and smokes weed,come back in being rude to the cooks. She’s a big liar never tells the truth about anything. The morning shift is great and the workers are great. But hunni the night shift is terrible I wouldn’t even waste my time. All they do is gossip,always in someone’s personal business. That’s why the one is always backed up and they can’t get the orders out or on time.

They got my simple order wrong and didn't seem to care. There was no ice at the machines in the lobby, and despite my obviously needing something, it was only when I waved my arms like I was an anxious kid in the back of the school room did they bother to stop gossiping and help me. My wife had eaten a grilled hot dog earlier in the day in Alabama and told me it was one of the best hot dogs she ever had, I didn't experience the same in Little Rock AK. It was terrible, and the poor attitude of the employees made it worse. This was my second Burger King meal in Arkansas are another site and I can promise you I won't get screwed a third time!

Worst fast food experience ever! The resturant was disgusting not a single clean table there was food and trash all over the floor. The staff was untrained and tried to charge us for almost $10 worth of food we didn't order. It took 10 mins for the cashier to do our order and it still wasn't right so I took the burgers back to be remade and they still didn't get it right. It was so simple it was a double cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup, and pickle only. I finally went back for a refund and they still never made me a burger! The staff was rude and rapping and cursing in the kitchen. Will never return to this location again.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. I've been to this location 3 times, and 3 times my order has thoroughly been incorrect. The most recent visit I waited 5 minuets at the counter just to order because the staff was too busy goofing off in the back. This is the single worst food franchise in the City. Avoid at all costs.
