Burger King

Tried the new sourdough king burger. Was actually sorta impressed.. the dinning area looks new and updated. They just need to work on cleaning more and keeping things stocked and ready to go for customers. But overall much better than most burger kings I go too.

Restroom had smell to it. I ordered 2 burgers. When I made my order someone on drive thru made there order. When they did they wanted carbonated water. The person in charge took order an they made comment to co-worker. That person on drive is not too smart. She asked for carbon water that's all water is. She then got glass an filled then put suger in it.

Used to be a decent place to go. Last 4 times I've been there orders were messed up. Didn't get parts of my order, and or just plain inedible. Not sure what's going on with their quality lately, other than it's non existant.

I wouldn't even give one star for the service I received just now. I ordered a number 10 (bacon and cheese chicken sandwich). Upon driving away I noticed my sandwich was missing both bacon and cheese, simple mistake and easy fix. The front gal asked if I'd like a fresh sandwich or just to add the toppings, I figured it'd be easiest for all of us to just add the toppings and carry on. As they asked the girl in the back to add the topping she started screaming and looked directly at me and told me that she knows she put bacon on the sandwich. Why in the world would I eat off the bacon and go back in for more? She continued yelling and saying she did this already, when she hadn't. For one, mistakes happen and I wasn't upset. For two, you should never scream at your customer and assume they are something off of their sandwich I hadn't even touched it. Will never go back to his BK and I hope she gets a good talking to about customer service and the way you treat people.
