Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

For a large chain the food here seems fresh and we'll made. The service was over the top good and the made every effort to ensure my family was happy. This is nice when you have 3 tired and hungry kids to feed. I hope they stick around for a while as my kids like it and want to go back often.

We had the slowest service this night. From being sat to finish it was about 2 hours. The table side machine battery died slowing things to a complete stand still even with a server. Food wasn't anything out of the norm, but I had two Diet Cokes spilled on me, at separate times of the dinner by the waiter. I asked to speak to a manager and he was an older gentleman with a slight limp. He gets to the table and I tell him what all happened, he looks me dead in the eye and says "What do I need to take off the bill?" I said you should have showed up 45 minutes ago when we asked for a manager, we could have fixed it awhile ago. At this point I just want to go home. Covered in Diet Coke." I signed my tab and have never had such an awful experience from a Red Robin. Food = yum. Customer service= horrid. Sad but true, I won't be recommending this location to anyone anytime soon.

This place is great! The prices are fantastic. You can get a huge burger with unlimited fries for $7. You can't beat that at a chain restaurant. The food is great (the milkshakes are amazing) and the service here is usually pretty good.

The burgers were so delicious. The server was great and very fast to refill our drinks and fries. This was the 2 time I’ve been to a Red Robin and my Wife’s 1st and she loved the burger.

One of my favorite burger places. I know this is a restuarant chain but man their burgers are good. Great staff here too. Very nice.
