Smashburger

We typically enjoy Smashburger but this location has proven time and time again to be a disappointment. We were there at about 6:00 pm on a Saturday evening. We had to wait to place our order as they were correcting two previous orders that were incorrect. We finally got to place our order and the employee couldn’t get the computer to allow our free entree that we had a coupon for so he had to give us a card. After finding a table that was semi clean we waited for our food. My sons sandwich came out incorrect and had to be sent back. My French frys were cold and my burger had blue cheese instead of goat cheese. While we were sitting there we saw the employees correcting other orders that were sent back and an employee even slipped and fell (hard) on a greasy floor. As we were leaving our half eaten food and exiting the restaurant the employee was bringing out another order that he was apologizing for being wrong. The employees were nice but my thoughts were how much food is getting thrown away because of incorrect orders and how mismanaged this restaurant looked as a whole. Unclean, disorganized and not well run.

Great food and a fun atmosphere! A great spot to come back to. The fries are amazing, and might be the best part! EDIT: After a few years of frequenting here, the service has gone downhill. There always seems to be something in disorder, and the orders are never quite accurate.

A decent place to eat if you're on a quick break or in a pinch. Service here tends to be decent (unless it's understaffed, which it then isn't as good) but the food is overall pretty good. Recommend the fries and milkshakes here! Also don't eat here when it's crowded, the food will usually be undercooked/overcooked and take a while to get from personal experience.

Good burgers. However, they were pretty busy and the dining room was a mess where trays/plates stacked on tables. Had a hiring sign up, maybe short staffed?

Service was okay, the food wasn't the best and the amount of fries you receive is way less than used to be. The music was way too loud. It wasn't very busy but some tables weren't wiped down.
