Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Holy customer service! I placed an online order and got to the location much quicker than I expected. When I called to tell them I was there the hostess brought out fries while I waited, greeted me by name, offered a drink and even said hello to my dog! She offered to bring me a beverage while I waited and updated me on my order status when she brought out fries to another customer waiting. Will DEFINITELY be back!!

Red Robin is a wonderful place to go for a really good burger. It's more of a family atmosphere but my husband and I go on dates there because they're very careful about gluten free. I'm so happy they offer gluten-free and I hope they continue to do so because it's hard for me to find restaurants that take it seriously. Their food is very good, and their prices are reasonable too.

I eat there every month or two, and find the service to be excellent, and the food is well prepared with short waits (even if the restaurant is busy). They email coupons that make going there with friends very affordable. The strawberry lemonade is amazing.

I like Red Robin. The food is good and reasonably priced. A variety of burgers and bottomless fries are good! This location is in some serious need of continuity. They have inconsistency with food preparation, the kitchen makes a lot of mistakes. They seem short staffed and their servers are always frazzled. (Not bagging on any one server because I know how stressful it is to be understaffed). There are a few really good employees that carry a lot of the weight and are the reason that we will keep returning. This location is always super busy so we try to eat here during "off" dining times to get better food and service.

We each have our own favorite Red Robin burgers, and they are consistently good. I like the addition of all-you-can-eat salad and broccoli options. Service was kind of slow this trip, and the first round of fries was surprisingly sparse, but otherwise everything else was good.
