Smashburger

First time to a smash burger! Was very pleased with the food. Everything was fresh and hot and tasted great! Price seemed a bit high but didn't complain about it since everything was so good!

Customer Service was on point. The place was in eating condition; tables all around including mine, the floor was swept, mopped, and vacuumed. The cashier greeted everyone with a smile and explained to items to new customers. The food was brought out in a timely fashion. Finally, everything was fresh and very tasty.

Honestly, the people running the show do a decent job. It's the customers that make this place an absolute Charlie Foxtrot. The people that go here to eat are more clueless than people that work at the DMV. You're ordering a burger, not reading through the terms of your mortgage. Stop dissecting everything on the menu. Oh you're a vegan? Please explain to me why on Earth would you choose a place with "burger" in the name to eat. Bold strategy Cotton. Your food didn't come out 10 seconds after you ordered? Why don't you take a seat, you're about to eat your front teeth you impatient swine. Jeez. Take a deep breath before you go in.

They used to be better... They are understaffed now and very slow on ordering and slow on food. The food is still good. The patio area outside is a disaster...

Really unique spices on their burgers-very savory taste. Overall very good service, food is good, just a little more expensive than I would like
