My Burger

I visited My Burger around 8:00pm. The restaurant was not very busy, and I ordered to go. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and was very tasty. The fries very good too. I also had a chocolate malt, but it was not quite as good. The staff used too much malt mix and you could taste the clumps of the mix in wash bite. Price was decent, and the staff was friendly, focusing on keeping everything clean during the visit. I am definitely in for a future visit.

I enjoy the vibe. They have a suburb selection of burgers. This location, specifically, has the Impossible Burger-meatless burger that “bleeds”, (and is one of the least expensive places in town that serves it). Their shakes/malts are solid. Service is quick. Management staff is attentive and they care about their customers and making sure their experience is as best it can be. Nothing is “wrong” with MyBurger- it’s a burger place that’s quality and a nice spot to chill.

These things are addictive. I'm not sure what they put in the sauce or meat but it's delicious. They have "healthy" looking options but we always just get the burgers and devour them. Order online for to go orders to get it faster.

The Impossible Burger is amazing. I've gone twice in a week. I brought a friend who likes her hamburger burnt. She can be a bit hard to please. They made it to her satisfaction. Then the guy who took our order came by twice to make sure everything was ok. He really wanted us to be happy. We were.

Updated 4/25/18: *New* manager recognized me and came out and personally apologized for the rude service the previous time. Things during this visit seem to be running much better under this new manager: Staff in the back of house don't seem as stressed, which is good. Overall, MUCH better atmosphere. Also, this manager seems much better at communicating with the staff and in a much friendlier way. I can recommend this place now. ------previous 2-star review------ We've been there a few times. First two times, 5-stars... This last time, we got there about 20-minutes before close, the manager didn't want us to eat there and tried to insist that we should take our good to-go... Then while we are finishing our food, the clock struck the time to close and the manager came over and asked if we needed a bag because they were closed and that we needed to leave. We had 3 fries left. Rude, rude, rude. Oh, and the manager was swearing up a storm in the back kitchen area while we were there. Not a friendly environment, and feel really bad for the employees under that manager. Totally hostile work environment.
