Get the peanut butter wings. Seriously. That's all you'll ever need in your life. Sure, the burgers are good too, but those wings... The vibe is one you'd normally find in smaller towns with only one watering hole. This place manages to hold onto that feeling despite being set at a very busy location.

Nice local place. Juicy Lucy's are great! I love having different choices rather than a "here it is, take it or leave it" offering like other places that feature a juicy Lucy. Prices are very reasonable, we got right in even during the dinner rush, but expect a short wait on Friday and Saturday. Waiting is the only reason for not giving this a 5 star rating.

This place is among Minnesota folklore for a reason! Their Juicy Lucy's are excellent, and the French fries or onion rings that come with them are no slouches either. They use two slices of cheese for their burgers and it shows! There is plenty of hot, melted cheese with each bite; who wouldn't love that??

The birthplace of the Juicy Lucy (at least that's what they say). A casual bar-type atmosphere with great service and little ambiance. The burger was good, the fries were good, the beer was good (and they had a decent sanction if local stuff), the service was excellent.

Ok what did we do wrong? The place itself looks normal, very normal. Nothing from the history or so. The staff was normal, no super friendliness, we were treated like customer #547579321. The prices? Normal. That's good. The size of what you get? Pretty normal, could be a bit bigger. The taste? The taste was special. It was something else and that was good. Maybe we expected too much from the place and were disappointed... If you go there expect a different good (!!) taste, but please don't expect miracles or you will be disappointed. It is not bad, but I would just say: US Diner #3993569
