Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Been there a few times and its always the same. No one is there to seat your group in a timely manner. They never offer refills on drinks. Hard to enjoy "unlimited" fries when they never check to see if you'd like more. Bad music played at way too high of a volume. Burgers are somewhat decent which they had better be considering what they charge for them. You can find much better places to go than here.

My husband and I were in on memorial day. After being ignored at the door, we tracked someone down to seat us. Apparently we were sat in a closed section because we had to track down another employee down after sitting without service for 15 minutes. After another 5 minutes we left without so much as a drink order. The kitchen staff could be heard having a pretty good time yet with only 4 tables of patrons, the wait staff was non existent. Upon leaving the hosts informed us we were sat in a closed section. However no attempt to find anyone to wait on us. Very poor customer service. Ended up down the road at Joe Sensors.... don't waste your time at this location.

Today we have experienced probably the worst dining experience of ALL time. Total time for a lunch took 2 and 1/2 hours. The wrong meal was served, and although the manager did comp one salad, we were still charged for drinks when in reality, we felt Red Robin should have been paying us to have taken up so much of our time. After asking for the bill, it took a good 20 minutes just to receive it plus more time to receive our change. NEVER AGAIN.

Terrible experience at this location. This is my first bad experience at a red robin franchise. Asked for utensils and ketchup numerous time and never received them. I had ordered a salad that never showed up and received my hamburger before my family's order of appetizer onion rings arrived. Slow service. Took the waitress 10 minutes to acknowledge my table of 10. Maybe this location just had an off day.

They did great with my to go order. All sides and condiments we're accounted for and they we're friendly. Good job!
