This place is about as authentic as it gets...authentic fast food that is. Greasy burgers and fries. Delicious. Don't come here for your health though unless of course, you need a good stress reliever and need to pig out. Decent prices, good quality.

I would like to begin with personal experience. First off, we've ordered at this place for a while and their food sure does taste quite good. Prices are right and everything seems perfect until the experience within itself happens. I've ordered and they've always messed up. It doesn't make sense why they are still making mistakes after mistakes. I've ordered a chicken sandwich without veggies. They gave me a burger with veggies. Then after, I went in to redo the order, they gave me a chicken sandwich with a whole lot of veggies including mayo, ketchup, etc. It doesn't make any sense why they're so repetitive with mistakes when you've told them what's wrong. Understandable that they're busy, but it's not that hard where they give different orders to wrong people and etc. They make a lot of mistakes on the burgers and do not even check the orders that are given. The food was cold although, to begin with, they were quite warm. It just made no sense how they mistake your order, mistakenly make your burgers, and then even have the ability to do it all over again. If you want fast food, go to a different joint. If you are willing to wait for your burgers, go ahead and wait a ton of time. I've waited over an hour and they still made the same mistakes. Before was fine, that's why I'm even willing to give them a star. But now, it doesn't seem as if they deserve 2. Well, different experiences = different perspectives. Go and test your luck!

Foods is great, love theory shakes, but they need help. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get through the drive though. The other time I was there apparently several people called in or didn't show up up so they had customers backed up 40 minutes and people were walking out. I felt bad for the employee's because most of the people there were brand new new. I'll try again a couple more times though. I really hope they get their staffing figured out...

Just no... The manager was arguing with another customer from drive through about forgotten food, ignoring the other customers, we waited 40 minutes for our food before she asked us (mind you we would have asked for a refund but we couldn't even get her attention) 'what are you waiting on?'... Uh all our food, 'lemme see your receipt, nah I don't recognize this' hands it back... What?!?! Then asked for it again to go make our food. We didn't even want it at this point. This isn't the first long wait or bad service but seriously this is over the top terrible. It isn't fast, the food is ok but usually cold and we've often been missing items and the service is just garbage. They don't treat the customers with respect, it their employees. I've worked fast-food in the past I understand the demands... Get it together.

If I could post a negative star i would. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant. Not only was my drink spilling all over me and my car from a over filled cup, I received fry burgers with no fries. To top it off when I go in the get my order corrected, I had to wait and when I was finally attended to i got an attitude from HELL!!! Manager was super unprofessional, argued with me that my drink was only a little over filled, and was mad I wanted my order corrected. After arguing with the lovely manager, I asked for a refund and asked how I could get in contact with a store manager and ms attitude tells me she is the store manager and I can go online to complain like everyone else!!! First of all when any complaint is made the proper way to handle it is LISTEN, APOLOGIZE, CORRECT PROBLEM, AND FOLLOW UP!!!! She clearly missed those days of managers training because not once did she apologize she just gave attitude about an mistake SHE made. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff when they have such horrible managers as the face of the company and examples of solving problems.
