Burger King

We came through 20 minutes ago . 2 chicken sandwiches , whopper WITH CHEESE , and a large fry . The order was ready when we got to the window . What was so difficult about getting a warm burger with cheese . The meat was cold , and no cheese . The fries were barely warm , definitely not fresh . Chicken sandwiches were great . Just super disappointing when you’ve been working all day , to tired to cook, and this is your cheat meal for the week . Thanks for the food , our tummies are full . Complainers are annoying so I’ll end this .

I have no clue why this BK has 2 stars. We came at 7:00pm and the night staff was awesome. Super good service! The mozzarella sticks did however taste like chemicals… but everything else was 100%, and I don’t think one little mistake is worth ruining a reputation over. I would come here again:

Staff didn't listen to my order even after I repeated the order twice. My order included both fries and onion rings, got the onion rings slightly burnt and no fries. Not sure if I will go back here or another BK.

I waited in line while they said they needed to prepare other orders. There was no vehicles in the parking lot nobody in the drive-thru. I sat and waited for 10 minutes and not a person set a thing. This service is absolutely awful and I will never be back. I wish I could give zero stars.

I frequent this BK due to my workplace being so close. I've had most everything on the menu at least 3 times over the years. These folks work hard and do their best to keep quality up. In the literal hundreds of times I've been here there's only been two sub par orders. I've spoken to them and they fixed it or gave me a voucher the next time I go through.

Employees can't even put the burger together properly. Girl taking our order did an exceptional job, we asked for no mayo or onion and receipt was accurate.. We got both and so we went back through the drive through and explained what was wrong got a new sandwich...and it had onions on it once again. I'm not one to post comments like this but very dissatisfied with the restaurant at this location.

Ok so I've gone here and ordered from them several times and everytime my order is either cold or wrong this time today I've had to go there twice today because the people working there clearly don't understand how to do an order they gave me tge same sandwich twice I a row that I didn't order and was wrong once I went through the drive through and asked for a recipt was the only one in line and waited for quite awhile the second time was to go back again to get the correct order and they still hot it wrong no point in being at a business with people that work there who can't even get one sandwich right also they r very rude so they have list my business for goid not just this place but every burger king in tge world so sad I wouldn't even give them half a star

Food was great, hot and correct.. Drive thru slow most likely from short staffing.

My husband and I went through the drive thru. There was no line at all and all of our food was cold. Not even lukewarm. The cheese wasn’t melted. Worst experience I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in a long time.

For some reason this location cannot follow instructions on making a bk Joe iced coffee mocha. They give you a cup of chocolate syrup. Then if you say something they deny it and swear theirs coffee in there. I always have to drive to other burger kings. Been doing this nonsense last 4 visits. I talked to the manager and she said the kids were making it wrong and apologized. I've come to the conclusion that they just don't care what the customer says here.
