Worse a service I we’ve experienced ..the manager in duty is in capable of managing a staff and has the worse customer service experience..how did BK even allow her to represent them ? I went to order food for my family today December 20th around 345pm and immediately was greeted with “ ya going to have to give me a minute ,we short staffed “ but she proceeded to exit the building for a smoke break ..the cashier didn’t speak much English and was struggling to take orders ahead of me ..luckily so spoke Spanish and was able to assist ..after her smoke break the manager came back in took over preparing my order ..after we got our food I said “ have a good night “ in which the manager replied “ yeah whatever “ Before leaving I made sure to offer advice to the cashier to find another place of employment because the manager is not helpful whatsoever! Best of luck to the young lady and all the staff at this establishment but I will joy be returning
Decided to have a dine inside lunch at this Burger King for old times sake, on 10/19/22. The food was excellent and the burger was meticulously made to the point where it actually looked like the advertisements. The first time I've experienced this at a Burger King. I watch the young lady making my sandwich and she was meticulous with its creation . A very high standard indeed. The dining area was squeaky clean and the staff was quietly working. None of that non -discreet lolly gagging you sometimes hear at fast food spots. The only oddity in this seemingly moment of perfection, was the manager. This didn't make sense because I assume this efficient running shift had to be her doing. Yet, when she took my order, as well as the orders of others, she was disengaged and exhibited a disinterested body language, as would a teenager who had been forced to get a job after school. However, this was a woman of mature age. Remember, the compliment previously given as a result of the staff working quietly and efficiently. The manager was the only one trying to instigate, loud unbecoming dialogue, while customers were present. At least while I was there, which was between 1-2, the staff didn't bite. Good for them. Nevertheless, the five stars were well deserved, because the food, staff and dining area were great.
The absolute worse location I have even been to.. wait in drive thru for 20 minutes with 8 cars behind me and NO ONE ever comes to the speaker to take my order. Drove up to window and she is just standing there with no one at the front counter . BK this is a reflection of your corporation.Oh and they don’t answer the phone either.
I wish I didn't have to give any stars. They so full of it. Went there today, drive thru closed, inside closed, worked goofing off in the parking lot and the manager yelling it's dirty in the inside. Let me remind you this is all before 4pm. Took my family across the street to McDonald's. No more than 5 minutes later burger king is now taking orders. Just fire everyone in there and close it down. Change BK to Sonic's or Zaxby's
Parking lot was in need of a clean up. I placed a Mobil order, and the lady at the window wasn't sure the correct way to process it. I had paid thru the app but she insisted I need to pay her, again and when I explained to her I had paid she was not believing me so after the manager I believe came to help she acted like just give her the bag like they were giving me free food. I asked for napkins after the window was slammed and she would not return to the window so I left. Won't be back here. Oh, and btw the food was not even warm.
Waited last night for 15 to 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru Get to the to the Mic to order. The ladies tells me that she is taking online orders only. Then she tells me to wait and comes back and says they are closing. But on line it says 10:00 pm it was 9 pm. Do the community a favor and Close the store. We support the Buger King But it does support Us as A Community. Literally The Worse BK Ever. including Management.
I come here a lot and I have a few grievances. The lobby is always closed for no apparent reason, staff is usually not very friendly besides a select few, drive through moves pretty slow, and the food typically seems like it’s been in the warmer for a long time. I like BK but this one is not the best.
This place I was very surprised that it's still open I had to wait for 45 minutes for my food they didn't even take any cards only cash after ordering my food they didn't tell me before ordering so many people were leaving the ordering line this was my second time but the wait wasn't as long as the first time so I will not visit this place again.
Worst Burger King ever!!! Waited forever while cashier played on her phone and hit a vape to get the wrong order and wait longer and when I made a complaint the employee was extremely rude and decided to be a child and stick her tongue out at me. If I could give a zero I would. I will never get food from this location again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And my fries were COLD!!
Literally the worst place to go for food. Lady at the drive through was very rude. Don't bother coming here for food.Food: 1/5
