Terrible service Drive thru only the kid in drive thru was very rude the menu board was wrong when we got home in MANCHESTER we was highly upset ordering 2 number 9’s with only ketchup thinking it was a double big king just to get 2 original chicken sandwiches with only a hint of ketchup. When I called to find a solution Faith from the Hooksett , NH store she was far less than helpful when asked for corporates number she said she didn’t know it and it was in the office. Did she offer to get it ? Nope. Think it’s over ? Nope gets worse I had a further look at the chicken thinking this sandwich feels light and it was all breading hints of chicken in both I’ve attached pictures I will be calling Corporate and I need a $24.81 resolution

One of the better BK's we've been to! The food was definitely cooked when ordered not just sitting there already prepared. Yes, you have to wait a few minutes longer but it was worth it to have hot fresh food.

I ordered a day prior and got the wrong Order called in the next day and Hannah was very pleased to remake and fix the order it’s not common you find a fast food restaurant in Manchester that is polite and respectful so thank you Hannah

The slowest drive through imaginable. upwards of like 20+ mins for simple stuff. Also you're locked in due to the curbs you can't even drive out and change your mind.

Good was hot and no mess up on the order got a good group working there

Multiple things happen bk is not the same anymore. First off it says open until 11pm online then you order on the app and instead of it saying that the store is close it takes your money anyways then when you try to get your money back they put it as a refund instead of canceling the order. Then the best part is that 40$ you just spent to get the family food yeah don’t expect that for 3-5 business days ! I would best advise not to order on the app and make sure you go to the location first to make sure they are open because apparently you can’t trust the hours hanging on the door and online. -100 star review

Don't do it!! No matter what time of day there is a wait. And when I say a wait, I mean I've been waiting at the drive-through for going on 26 minutes. And the way it is set up you are trapped once you get in line. Do yourself a HUGE favor and go somewhere, ANYWHERE else.

would give less stars if i could, ordered a simple meal and when it arrived wasn't even remotely correct and missing items.

Hasn't been busy but still juicy whoppers and some different dishes like jalepeno bites. Chicken finger fries. All still very good.

Everytime I come here the food comes out cold and they don't have dine in service anymore. As in, pretty much every BK I got to doesn't have dine in service. So while all these other fast food chains are open and thriving like pre pandemic times, BK continues to struggle and put out bad product and generally the service stinks too. I will never go to this location ever again.
