There are a lot of differences about McDonald's. Yes, the food does taste good, and it is nice seeing the steak option again. No, you shouldn't eat there all the time, but that's any food. It is a good convenience, and they are part of fair trade, well, in the case of their coffee. Prices have gone up, but that's inflation. Enjoy your meal, and if you have not tried the steak, egg, and cheese bagel; give it a try.
10+ years ago, I used to frequent this particular McDonald's on a regular basis but HOLY HELL has it gone so far downhill. What used to be your standard fast food experience with friendly staff, quick drive thru lines, and hot food has all been replaced with the polar opposite. It doesn't matter what time of day you pull into their drive thru--it can be 11:00 at night--and you're guaranteed to be sitting there for at least a half an hour. That's not an exaggeration either. I understand places are short-staffed, but no one wants to sit in line for half an hour only to finally get their food and find out it's cold or wrong or both.
Service was extremely slow. Waited about 30 minutes in the drive through with approximately 8-10 cars in front of us. Orderd my meal without onions and it was confirmed when we paid. When we picked it up it had onions on it. I understand service is slow during these times but for fast food this was extreme.Food: 2/5
Just went there for breakfast. Horrible service. Woman taking order/ taking payment was rude and rushed, woman handing out food at second window just handed me my bag and slammed the window shut. No napkins, no hot sauce as requested. I'll be going to exit 4 from now on. I used to work at this location many years ago and that type of service would never had been tolerated. Sad to see standards go down but prices go up.
This lady Lisa was so great, running back and forth in the rain bringing people their food, getting yelled at by the other employees. I was asked to pull up and waited 30 minutes for my food. they all looked miserable but not Lisa, she was so positive and just did her best.
Ordered two large coffees with cream only… got home to find out they added sugar to both… being diabetic, we tossed them both. Customer service & attention to detail has become terrible in this country. C’mon McD’s — you can do better!
During the day this is a pretty trashy McD's. I've had to wait as long as 20 minutes for a cheeseburger when I was the only customer in the lobby. The redeeming quality of this location is the night manager. She's the only McDonald's supervisor I've ever met who actually keeps the ice cream machine running until they close at 1am.Food: 3/5
This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. From terrible customer service to 45 minute drive-thru wait lines No matter what time of the day or day of the week there is always a long drive-thru line. I have personally witnessed workers arguing with each other in front of customers. And not just quietly arguing I'm talking scream arguing. If you order a large fry they only give you enough fries that you would get for a small fry. Happens every. Single. Time. Me and my family only go to this McDonald's because it's extremely close to our home but it is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I would advise anybody to order their food through the app and go inside and pick it up otherwise you're going to wait In the drive-thru anywhere from 20 minutes to 45 minutes. ALSO The prices are astronomical!!! Almost $15 per person and they give you very very little food. I do not recommend going to this location, ever.
24-hour drive-thru. You'd think what's on the menu is what you can order. Nope. Couldn't order any chicken sandwiches and couldn't order filet of fish. Limited menu after midnight. Was put off by the girl who was taking our order. Very curt when telling us there was no chicken or filet. To top it off, gave us strange looks like we had three heads while at the drive-thru window waiting for our food. Was not a welcoming feeling at all. If it was not for the gentleman who accepted the money and gave us the food then this would have had one star review. The guy who took the money and gave the food was cheery, polite, and had a smile on his face the whole time. Wish I had names to give because he exemplified good service as opposed to the girl who took the order.
Ultimately the worst part of this particular McDonalds is not the employees, it's their drive-thru philosophy. Too many cars asked to pull over to keep the payment line free and clear while the other half of the bargain is being fulfilled. For these reasons, I've been out for quite sometime. We go in now if ever we go. The drive thru is not to be trusted unfortunately.
