My daughter was having a minor surgery at Elliot, so my mother and I got breakfast and some much needed coffee while we waited. Food was hot and good! My coffee tasted amazing! Dining area was clean and festive.Food: 5/5
I definitely still love my Cumberland farm coffee but until they get up and running coffee again on Hanover Street I am going to Dunkin' donuts and their coffee is always good it's just every person makes it different so you have to get used to thatFood: 1/5
Maybe if the server wasn't on a phone call the order would be rightFood: 1/5
Short staffed like many places. Long wait for order to be completed.Food: 5/5
Worse Dunkin on the planet. Staff is horrible complain 24/7 and can’t get anything right.
Someone needs to teach the woman at the counter/head manager how to talk to customers instead of yelling at them for no reason. I heard the same feedback from other people as well and today experienced it myself. Surely someone will teach her a good lesson someday. Needless for me to say anything else. Poor service and bad behaviour for sure.
The woman working behind the counter needs some lessons in basic customer service. I’ve been here about an hour waiting for my husbands procedure to be done and she’s been rude, hurried and overall just awful to every single customer I’ve seen come through. About an hour ago someone broke some glass here and he told her about it, she didn’t care and did nothing. It took two more customers telling another employee about all the broken glass all over the floor for someone to come out and clean it up. This woman is horrid.
By very seldom we have ever had a problem getting exactly what I've ordered compared to some other places I will not mention I love Dunkin Donuts and have been going there and will continue going there and the people are very very courteous
Always great ice coffee and great doughnuts
My sister and I were a wreck after a tragedy and just wanted a chicken sandwich. They were out of chicken, and croissants. I look at the sandwich menu hoping to find another type of sandwich to order, and after letting me ponder the menu, I order one on another type of bread. The cashier looked annoyed and tells me then she's out of all types of bread. It was 730pm. Had to eat dinner out if the vending machine.
