Ed the manager up front is the most delightful employee I have ever met. He always takes care of everything we need and this morning he was working the entire front by himself. He is a very great asset for your company and you should be proud to have a gentleman like that work for you. Even at the South Charleston he always took care of us.
This location is in another fairly convenient area and this location has always done well with my orders. The renovation to the place also makes it look even better than the other locations around Charleston/South Charleston. I'd give this location a go for sure.Food: 5/5
The lady at the drive thru window was the nicest person ever. I went the day before Thanksgiving and despite being super busy through the drive thru she still had a smile on her face and had the best attitude everService: 5/5
This was my third visit, first time it was amazing, French fries were fresh burger was hot and juicy, 2md visit the food was just ok, barely warm but exceptible, third time horrible dried out cold meat, French fries were just ok. It's a shame that being from Texas coming here and finding that it must be a universal collaboration between franchises to serve the coldest and oldest food possible, rain or shine
The food is great. But they were very busy and that effected the wait time on food. The service was very friendly.
We ordered 5 meals and everything was old. The ch'king was so old it was hard to chew and soooo dry. The onion rings were not even warm. The fries were a little warm. I wish I could get freshly made food JUST ONCE.
Sometimes the service is fire, and sometimes it's absolutely trashed. The good is ok sometimes, others it's like why do I even try to come here...Food: 3/5
Always fast and efficient. Always get your order correct. Vegetarian options: They have the impossible whopper. Kid-friendliness: Kids meal toys offered. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of handicapped equipment for handicapped folks to utilize if needed.
Family just ate there yesterday now we all have food poisoning.
