Burgerville

Great location. Awesome burgerville location, food is always great, service is excellent. There's a wide range of burgers, from fish to black bean. The fries are great, hope they bring back the steak fries eventually.

They're usually on it at this location, and I understand it's late. Having worked FF before I know it's a pretty thankless job, and stuff happens. With inflation and the fact that you're paying extra for the QUALITY of food here...I really don't appreciate half of my fries being really obviously fished out of the bottom of the fryer where they've died. As a general rule with food, if you wouldn't eat it, you shouldn't push it out. Sorry guys...I'll give you another chance. But this one you got a little lazy. I don't mind the wait, if it means not getting something like this.

Best Burgerville location by far. Crispy, hot fries, great customer service, delicious everything. I've been eating at Burgerville since I was a child and I've never had such great experiences as I have coming to this location twice. Whatever you're doing, whoever is in charge, keep it up! It's noticed!

I was very disappointed last night going through the drive through ordering 2 cheeseburgers and a large fry. The cheeseburgers were hamburgers and the fries were cold right from the drive up window. The quality of Burgerville's food has gone down significantly. During the problems with shipping, the company was serving fries that were of significantly better quality and I hoped they would keep this vendor. I have been a customer since the 1970s and I will not be a customer again. High prices and low quality food with poor customer service. I was generous giving one star. Sad to be forced by Burgerville to make this choice. And, don't bother with the 'save face' response as your company will not change. Burgerville is just like everyone else now with higher prices.

It was delicious! I'm new to the area so had to check out the Walla Walla onion rings which were exceptional, the marionberry shake was also one of the best shakes I've ever had, despite the name i did not try the burgers this time around but can certainly say everything else was great! Parking: Plenty of on-site parking

Love Burgerville but not this one. Fries over cooked and cheese not melted on burger. While I'm at it, I miss the handcut fries. They're more in line with the mission and price. I've visited the franchise infrequently since they made the switch.

Had my other incomplete twice. Ordered 2 burgers and fries, they initially forgot the 1st burger. After some time elapsed and I realized I went back. They remade the order after taking back my original bag. The next bag I got was missing the fries I ordered. Had to come through the drive through 3 times. They did give me extra fries for the hassle

The cashier Ian was one of the most personable and kind folks working the front that I've ever had the pleasure to speak with. Our entire dining experience was smooth, quick, and enjoyable because of their efforts. The food was very tasty too. Bravo, Burgerville, for hiring Ian and having quality food for reasonable prices!Food: 5/5

Burgervile food not just one location had been a let down the last several times. Nothing is fresh when I get it. We're talking just cheeseburgers and fries. For the high price they charge I think I'm going to go elsewhere unless it's a requested option.Food: 3/5

Had the colossal and it was just average. Bland flavor with slightly wilted lettuce and heavy bun. For a better option, try the number 6 burger. Much better. Additional follow up May 2021. The Number 6 is out of this world. I do a second patty, remove the onion and mayo, then add BV spread and ketchup. Yes, ketchup. When combined with spread, super tangy and delicious. New pic added. Please keep this burger on the menu, folks!
