BLOOD on togo bag! Took several minutes too long as I was the only one in line and when I get driving and dig in I noticed there is ample blood drips from someone’s bloody nose or cut. If I hadn’t been running late that morning I would have immediately returned but I haven’t been able to sit down until now. But as you can plainly see in the picture there is blood and the bag is dated this morning. Absolutely disgusting experience and I will be contacting corporate unless I get a meaningful response from the management to remedy the issue. Unacceptable for a food service establishment.
Great staff, clean lobby and super yummy food!!Food: 5/5

I stoped by to grab a peach shaje and a bliss shake. You cant even taste the peach in a bliss shake. All i tasted was the bliss part. The bliss shake was barely blended. What we go is not worth the price. I was really disapointed. I will only return if you guys have the blue cheese burger that you didn't sell last year. You guys need to do better
Loved the GF tempura green beans! You should have them all the time! My husband enjoyed the hamburger. I wish you had gluten-free fish and gluten-free buns that didn't cost $2.50. I know they cost more money but not that much more $2.50 more eachFood: 5/5
I never knew they had a breakfast menu but omg it’s delicious the crunch breakfast biscuit with bacon is my go to! And the service is always fantasticFood: 5/5
It’s sad when prices are over priced on everything and for Burgerville being one of the most expensive, that we should receive quality and hot food. I don’t usually give a one star posting, but for this employee, running the drive through at 7401 Se. Mill Plain. I simply asked them to microwave our cheeseburger to make them extra hot, to melt the cheese. If it’s not melted, their “quality cheese” looks like a congealed, plastic slice of cheese on the patty. For $3.99 a cheeseburger, you would think it was an easy request, which by the way, another Burgerville location told me to do, when ordering. McDonald’s does better, for less money. I’m a long time, loyal customer. My favorite location has always been the location near the Vancouver mall, next door to the Taco Bell. They’ve just recently closed that location. Too bad, because they consistently served Hot, fresh burgers, at any time of the day. They spoiled me, I guess because the other locations just wasn’t as hot or good. Last week, I visited the location at McGillivray and they suggested that I should ask, when ordering, to stick my burgers in the microwave. Back to the location today on 7401, Se. Mill Plain, the guy in the drive through would rather argue with me and tell me that they don’t microwave their burgers. I left in disgust, WITHOUT my order and drove down to the location at 11704 Se. Mill Plain and they microwaved my food, as I asked, without any argument. Get with the program Burgerville management, your prices are ridiculous and I can easily spend my money somewhere else, to get hot, not luke warm, expensive fast food! I can’t wait until In N Out comes here, because they always serve hot, quality food, for a hell of a lot less. Avoid this location, like I will and maybe they’ll close this place too. Plenty of locations, nearby. Update: Four days after I wrote this review, I received a kind phone call, from their corporate guest services. They were understanding and interested in making things right. They apologized and sent me a $10 gift towards my next visit. That’s more than what I’ve received in the past on any review, I usually hear nothing. I’ll give them another chance, because I’ve always liked their food.
I've ordered ahead on the app multiple times but it seems to make no difference. By the time I get here they just started the order so ordering ahead through the app is no advantage over just walking in and ordering. Lame! I'm deleting this app. It's worthless.Food: 4/5
After waiting in drive thru line for over 15 minutes, then getting attitude from the cashier because I didn't tip, they made me pull forward to wait even longer for my small order. Won't be back to this location!Food: 3/5
