Burgrs On The Rocs

Ordered two burgers medium rare. Took a long time for the food to come (two burgers). One came as ordered (and was good) but the other came well done (not great). Our waitress disappeared after the order was delivered. Now, the place did get busier after we came but it still had empty tables and it was not like it had a line going out the door (which would still not be an excuse as we know plenty of places where that is normal Saturday night). So we were sitting there done with food and drinks and no one is coming over to check on us. Finally another waiter comes to take our plates and we ask for the check. ‘Oh, you just want the check?’ Well, yeah.. we planned to order more drinks and desert but at this point this does not seem like a good idea. Overall not a great experience.

Super long wait for food on a not very busy night. Got an under cooked burger...cooked on the outside raw in the middle...means it was frozen. If you’re gonna do burgers you better do them well. The stars are for the bartender...he did a good job slinging drinks.

We have no idea what happened to this place. It used to be one of our favorite places to eat, but since they changed their name and changed their menu, it's just not the same quality. The food is over-priced for the quality. Also, do not order take out from here. They automatically add a 20% tip for poor quality and flavorless food. We ordered cob salads and a burger. The cob salad made me nauseous. The burger was bland. The caramelized onions were not caramelized. The chips that came with the burger looked as if they sat in the fryer and then reheated in the fryer. We are VERY disappointed in the new version of this place.

Excellent burgers, the preztel appeteizer was great and the mac cheese was delicious. Good beer menu. Up for a ski trip during midweek and it was empty. The service was very attentive and the atmosphere was great. I'll be back this week.

Place was very nice, the food was limited but very tasty. A little on the pricey side, especially the drinks. The atmosphere and wait staff was very pleasant.
