I came here with my family while visiting for the maple open house weekend, the food was very tasty and it was fun to be able to watch the kitchen staff do their thing. We were seated very quickly and our waitress was very professional. I had short rib risotto which was very expensive for the portion size. The drink menu was awesome and the drinks were so good.

Great local restaurant, fun cocktails and bartenders and the servers are all wonderful. Food is diverse and really good and they serve my newest favorite health selection, zucchini noodles! My husband almost always goes for the Spaghetti Bolognese! But the wood fire pizza, yum!

We we're so lucky to have found Echo. The place was hip and trendy, and the food was delicious. Their gluten free pizza we tried was the best we've had, and we have tried many since we have someone with Celiacs Disease. The staff was knowledgeable about gluten-free and very considerate. Definitely visiting again when we are in the area.

my wife & i picked this place because of the color[s] outside - it was a rainy day & we had just left the "little house" jamboree exhibition on 9/3/17. we sat at the bar & were just going to have a drink - we perused the menu & since they had a nice selection of non-meat entrees[my wife], we stayed. service was friendly & professional - food was good - the only thing i forgot to try was dessert. we'll be back - if you like intimate, friendly, good service, & nice selection of food choices, you must put it on your restaurant list for Brat - it's an hour & 15 minute drive for us - we'll be back - it's 1 of a very few that is on our places to eat out when we have that opportunity.
