The food was exceedingly M'eh! However, the service was exceptional. The flavor is very basic, totally lacking any seasoning or flavor development.

Very nice and presentable african restaurant, the food is nicely done with a reasonable amount and almost no waiting time if you call before coming.

The lady at the front is so sweet and she was very informative when I asked about the different food. She convinced me to have the okra soup with fufu and it was delicious. I've been there 3 times in a week after trying it. Would recommend.

This spot is one of my favorites! Good pricing, considerable dishes and the staff members are regularly super friendly.

Best african food in town. I don’t know how they make their roast meats but it has that same flavor that authentic home meats have. I dont live in Newark but whenever around I make sure to get some food from here.
