these females at the window are disrespectful and lazy they don’t wanna do they job! all they do is wanna yell and get mad ! I’m a UBER EATS DRIVER i didn’t wanna wait on the drive thru when i’m just picking up a order and they got mad because someone was ordering and i went in front of them i had to cancel the order ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I came in around 11:55 am to get some lunch. I ordered a 6.00 biggie bag which, the burger was not hot and it should of been. The nuggets was cold. The only thing was warm was the French fries. I have not been here in a whole year. I see they have just about all Spanish people in there which I don't discriminate. It's so sad when you go outside of Essex County, the food is fresh, the tables are clean, the floors are not slippery. I will not be back again because the service is still the same. The floors are still nasty. The tables are still cluttered with spilled drinks that people don't clean up after themselves. Nasty place!

When you order 6-10 piece spicy or regular nuggets 1 sauce doesn’t cover that 6-10 piece nuggets…. Yall do this all the time when it comes to nuggets. How would yall feel if yall order 6-10 nuggets and i gave yall 1 sauce 1 sauce DOES NOT! COVER 6 OR 10 NUGGETS so start giving at LEAST 2!!!!Service: 1/5

Worst customer service I ever dealt with in my entire life the lady is being extremely rude. I know it’s 12:09 am on 7/17/23 but please do not rush me over the intercom. I’ve been dealing with customer service over 10 years and it’s never that serious. She told me to hurry up and drive around. Also Make sure I have exact change because she don’t feel like counting the register I would never desalination with Wendy’s ever again I would rather go to McDonald’s.

I had a discount for a spicy chicken sandwich and stopped at this location. The drive-thru was ridiculous so went inside. They were busy there too but it went at a decent pace. When I got to the front the lady took my order of the spicy chicken and a small fruit punch. It took a few minutes and when it came out the other lady gave me the sweet and sour I asked for. I grabbed my food and left. I dug in in the car and the sandwich was ok, more spicy then I thought. An ok experience for a quick bite.

My sister placed a order through their website to get the food delivered that was the worst mistake to ever do. I called the store the lady on the phone said who delivered it has nothing to do with them but they are the ones that charged her. I arrived at the store with everything in these photos and asked to speak with a manager very politely however when the young lady asked the manger to speak with me she said “what do you want” while looking at me sideways. I explained everything to her and she said “oh well I told you that it’s not through us” yea I have screenshots of the conversation I had with DoorDash and they said it’s through Wendy’s. The only person that was actually able to help us out was the general manager I believe and she was more polite than the other lady. Worst place to order from using any mobile app it’s less stressful to just come in person because if they mess up the order then can get that corrected right then and there. For everyone else who order online from them save yourself the trouble go to the store because if it ends up being wrong they won’t fix it once you leave the store.

I had the worst food. I ordered things in one order and the salad never arrived. The dressing doesn't come. They don't send forks. The things you order don't arrive. It's a very bad experience ordering from that branch. It's the worst since this has happened to me twice. It's bad that Uber Food continues to make deals with you, Wendys, they leave other companies in bad shape.

Food is mediocre but the customer service has to be the absolute worst. One day I ordered a pretty simple meal from here & stood in the waiting area for some time on my phone, I must have momentarily forgot why I was in Wendy's to being with, Long story short I was waiting there about 15 mins before I had to raise hell in order for the worthless workers at this place to take they're jobs a bit more serious.

So nice and delicious food.. But always so long and slow drive thru line..Food: 5/5

Descent service area. Very busy and decently long lines to the restaurants the day I went, but it was the day before new years eve. Good to stop in and use the bathroom and grab a cup of coffee and keep it moving.
