Very happy with our service. Techs on the phone were very helpful and quick to access. Extremely happy with the service technician, Raymond, who came to our home to get us connected to a faster internet. He was very professional, knowledgeable and went over and beyond for us to help ensure that everything was connected and working properly. He definitely works hard for the customer but also is a great reflection of the company! Thanks so much Raymond!!
My workplace uses Burlington Telecom and we are very satisfied with the services we’ve received. On more than one occasion, Chantel has been the one to get us the help we need. She has dispatched technicians to us and explained how they would help, as well as helped us set up automated bill payment. Overall, BT is super reliable.
We had Tyler come over and do an internet install for us. He was extremely patient and informative. He gave us recommendations on how to set up the routers and what equipment we needed. Literally had our internet up and working in less than 15 minutes. I cannot speak more highly about his service and attitude. Very happy with Burlington Telecom and would not recommend anyone else selecting an alternative isp.
We’ve been on Burlington Telecom since it first began - landline Internet and television. Today the whole system in our house went down because the back up battery on the landline failed after almost 20 years, and I was informed that they would not replace it, that I would have to buy one for $150 or they could bypass it and I would have no back up. They said it’s my responsibility. This is not true - I didn’t buy the piece of equipment separately when I bought the service, they installed it. Now it failed and they say they no longer support it but they will install a new battery for $150. this is an unfair change of the terms of service without notice. I will be filing a complaint somewhere other than the Internet.
I just got off the phone with one of Burlington Telecom’s customer service reps, Chantel. She called to remind me that I had not yet filled out a renewal application for lifeline, and asked if I needed any questions answered. She skillfully answered all of my many questions. Chantel, like others I have connected with at this company, was very kind and knowledgeable. I greatly appreciated her call. Although I have only been a customer of Burlington Telecom for 18 months, I have been impressed time and again with their great customer service!
I am extremely pleased with Burlington Telecom. I work online and work through video meetings meaning I need not only decent download speeds but also decent upload speeds most providers in the US have much faster download speeds than upload speeds meaning despite paying for high speed internet I still had problems with connection issues during high traffic times. Not so with Burlington Telecom. Additionally, Burlington Telecom has amazing customer service. Not only was I am to get an appointment for an installation within 72 hours of contacting them they went above and beyond with the installation. I had a tricky installation as while the apartment I moved into had previously been connected to Burlington Telecom someone had cut the connection and so reinstallation required hunting down the cables and climbing onto the roof. In my previous experience with other companies this has meant the installation did not occur but not with Burlington Telecom. The service technician climbed onto the roof to track down the missing cable and was able to install and kept a pleasant demeanor the whole time. Going way above and beyond saved me and my business time and money in not having to track down the missing cable myself and reschedule the appointment.
Lovely service, lovely people! Just got off the phone for upgrading from 300mbps to 1 gig, and I must give a shoutout to Cormac. Dude was nice, informative, AND helpful! He gave me a great amount of info about the upgrade. Cormac even went above and beyond, and checked to make sure that the upgrade would be effective with the equipment I have at my address which it was!! What's even more amazing is that the price difference between 300mbps and 1 gig is only $5, and that's a FLAT RATE! Can't recommend these guys enough. Way better than Xfinity in every sense of the word!
With new service coming to our area and our street, I had many questions and the BT staff was prompt to reply by email and address all of my concerns in perfect and clear detail. Very impressed and I'm not even a new customer quite yet!
Bill came by to help me address some issues with my internet speed today. I feared the worst and was already preparing to haggle with my horrible landlord Bissonette, of course about ripping all the ethernet cables out of the walls and replacing them. Bill, in under 20 minutes, was able to identify my obsolete router as the culprit and even directed me to a new router that I was able to purchase for under $60 from Amazon. Thanks, Bill! You really saved the day!
The Service and prices are excellent. Cormac helped us out and made the processing of switching easy. If you have comcast you should switch ASAP
