Julie is wonderful! What a great experience at this store. The wait time was minimal and everyone in the store is very friendly. I have been here twice now and Alex and Julie were both extremely helpful and nice. I would highly recommend visiting this store if you need help with anything from Xfinity. Julie runs an awesome store!
The members were amazing especially Sherry, Jason and Christina. They helped me with getting a new iPhone and internet at the best price and took their time to show me how to use all apps and advantages of being an Xfinity member. Overall it was an amazing experience!!
Great place to upgrade your phone for a Very reasonable price. Fantastic service, was in and out in no time with my new Apple iPhone. Sherry and Brian are extremely knowledgeable and the manager is very nice as well. Brian has assisted me many times after the sale when I had questions about certain settings……..Great Deal and Great Experience Overall!
The way Xfinity chooses to receive customers is good for them but not the customer. Expect unnecessarily long wait times. An easily frazzled person receives you. You are then triaged and put in a queue. New sales are prioritized with many people available to sell you something. Next there are people to service existing customers. Last, of course, returning product or canceling service takes the longest. Once you actually get to a technician/salesperson they typically quite knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
My husband had an appointment 1/2 @3pm to speak with someone about our service due to the rising costs EVERY MONTH. Every month it’s always a new charge added on. ANYWAYS my poor husband drives all the way to this Burlington location for an appointment at 3 and he walks in to this note effective literally 1/2…. No one reached out to him to say hey are stores gonna be closed on Sunday effective today so can we reschedule you…. NOPE nothing. I am so over this company it’s not even funny.
Lightning fast 5-star customer service by Brian! He made the experience of switching services pretty smooth and I'd recommend choose to stick with xfinity just for the customer services, and probably their internet speed, lol
I signed up for the internet last year they quoted one price good for 24 months but they've increased it after only 12 months. And you can forget trying to talk to a live person
I would normally never do a review of a cable store, it's more of a review of the sales rep who got me out of the store in very quick fashion, which I appreciate.
Couldn't believe how crowded it was. Just went in to pay my bill and they had a pleasant staff member help me at the kiosk and I was in and out in a few minutes.
They were very nice and helpful even though the store was very busy I was greeted and taken care of very quickly and with great service!
