Called about a steering knuckle, they had one but circumstances prevented me from buying it, they lady on the phone was very polite and did everything she could to assist me and went above and beyond, but she was limited in what she could do as well, but all in all great customer service, hope I get the chance to require their services in the near future

Probably the best auto salvage in town the staff is really courteous and helpful I found replacement parts for my F150 no problem.

I've been calling around to find a tire, 9 put of 10 places have been so rude and made me feel like a bother to them. This call to Burnham's, was much different. When the lady answered, she had a very sweet voice and WANTED to help me. She made my call feel important. The customer service here is reassuring. And their quality on parts is exactly what you would hope for.

TO HELP EVERYONE, UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT SO REVIEWS OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS ARE IRRELEVANT. THIS PLACE IS AUSSIM! AWESOME This was the best salvage yard I've ever dealt with. The gentleman in charge was very helpful, understanding, patient, , personable - everything you want to encounter in a business owner but rarely find. It is Memorial Day weekend and I went to the salvage yard to get a rear windshield, whilst removing the windshield I had dropped my wallet next to the salvaged vehicle, after they had closed I realized I did not have my wallet and called the gentleman. Not only did he find my wallet, he was nice enough to drive it to me across town! Great prices, GREAT people, definitely the place to go for a bargain and outstanding service. I will be doing all my business with regard to salvage parts here for sure. Strong recommended, I cannot say enough about this place!
