They have helpful Employee's and the checkout cashier's are very nice.. They also have great prices on every thing, I would highly recommend this place before you checkout Lowe's/Home Depot!

My favorite place for all things tool. I love going here because I know I'll find exactly what I need and at a good price....

I can always find a deal on items that sell at big box stores and perform just as well for a lot less.

Great HFT location! I went to this store for a specific item they had in stock and it wasn't on the shelf when I got there. Talked to an employee and the manager found one in the back! Never hurts to ask the friendly staff for assistance.

Had what I needed when the Harley Davidson dealer was charging an arm & both legs. Harley wanted $37 for one socket when I got a whole set of 5 for $10 & it worked just fine!

They no longer provide 20%-off coupons through flyer advertisements, nor a cheap but useful free item with every purchase e.g., small LED light, etc ; both of which used to be regular offerings. I'm now much more selective with any purchase needs and in the rate of frequency of my visits that have become seldom.

Maybe instead of the store manager standing in front of the store telling everyone to stand in a single line that's going half way through the store. Maybe next time she should jump on a register and help get people out a little faster.

Today sat, august 20th, 2022 I came into this store for the first time. My first time at this location, and my first time at harbor freight, and I was nothing BUT impressed. The tools are pretty decent seeing as most of the people on here complain they are “from china” and “cheap” but I’m going to be an auto mechanic and the tools I bought have been all fine Pittsburg 130 piece tool kit with case, oil filter pliers, and more. The customer service was EXCELLENT! I was honestly in a kind of “bleh” mood in the morning as it’s 9 am, but Jeff W at the cashiers window greeted me with an enthusiastic “good morning!” and I could do nothing but smile. I even spoke to the supervisor, forgetting her name, but she was such a nice, respectful, young lady. A couple others helped me out with finding different products around the store also. Honestly, Some of the people on here seem to just complain about petty stuff. Grow up and leave an actual review for once, not complaining because you want to but for an actual reason.

Good place to buy tools and equipment for all types of work, electric generators and safety equipment...I bought an R134a to recharge the compressor of my A/C, Car
