The counter guys are very helpful getting me what I needed when I wasn't sure.
I am a fan of the quality of napa auto parts. Last week I placed an online order for pick up the next day. I called the store to confirm my order was ready for pick up. The lady on the phone was nice and helpful but stated she had no record of my order! Say what?! So she did some searching and looking and I also provided her with my order number. All in all my order was ready and I was able to fix my car and once again I am happy with the quality of napa products. I will order again and continue to order.
Helpful assistance was given to me when I was pressed for time. I was looking for lug nuts and got them quickly.
Ordered the parts online. They had them ready when we got there. In and out in less than 10 minutes
I can't say enough about this location l must of stopped in there 6 times in two days while I was fixing my brakes and they really helped me.
They found the key part for my gas line leak repair. I found this 5/16 steel tube to 8 mm nylon hose union that made the repair easy. The guys were very helpful and I believe they truely enjoyed the challenge. My old car is Great Again.
I purchased a starter in Oct 2020 and had to replace it in April 2021. Josh the Napa supervisor was very courteous, professional and helpful in making sure I was satisfied. I commend him and will definitely shop from Napa thanks to Josh!
Staff is very unprofessional and poorly trained. By far the worst parts store experience I have had. Was told they didn’t have my part which they did then they couldn’t find my account and I had to leave without the part. Funny part is I used my account there last week and now it’s non existent according to the useless employee behind the counter
As a mechanic of 13 years it's vital to have a parts store with knowledge people and good service. I have been coming to this location for over 8 years now and This is my third time at this store that I have been utterly disappointed. I know it's important to express to the guy at the counter what parts you need. However when they don't listen and insist that their part is right and won't take a second look to make sure it really upsets me and also screws up my whole day. I looked on the napa app Took me all of three minutes to find the right pulley that I needed I call the location to make sure they have it I asked them to pull it and then I was just in the store they didn't pull it I go to the store I wait for 10 minutes finally someone helps me they didn't pull the part so they call in back to get someone to bring the part up that took another 10 minutes!!! So let's break this down my 20 minute drive home Plus the 10 minutes it took me to look at my truck to see that the part was wrong plus the next 20 minutes to drive back and then waiting in the store for another 20 minutes just to drive another 20 minutes home is not acceptable. There was no apology given and there was no express of urgency for them screwing up I find that the service that I had was completely unacceptable and I will not be going back to that location unless I absolutely need something from them.
NAPA Auto is an excellent auto parts store. The quality of parts is in my opinion is better than the "other" parts stores. If you're a do DIY and like to save money, and we all do, then NAPA is the place for you. Excellent customer service; questions I had were answered by knowledgeable employees. I will return for my future auto parts needs.
