This store/crew did an excellent job lifting my Jeep. We had them lift it and replace the wheels/tires. We did have to wait a couple of weeks to get it taken care of but it was worth the wait. Nate was our point of contact for the makeover. Overall ecstatic and can’t give this store high enough praise for what they did!

Sold me headlights that didn't work for my truck without an $8 adapter. They had zero knowledge of this when they sold me the headlights. I returned them because they wouldn't work on my truck only had headlights when I drove around holding the highbeam switch on simple solution a 9004/9007 adapter. Very easy. They took back my headlights and never called back to confirm or deny a refund and told me they now have no documentation of me giving them back my $225 headlights to see if the factory would return them. Now call me a liar that I never brought them back and won't do anything but a "discount on new merch" yeah right.. they only sell parts off the shelf they have no knowledge of. Go to a real shop instead

I must say these guys did an awesome job of helping us find the right tires and wheels for our Jeep. Their knowledge of their products helped us make a decision on looks and functionality. The look was spot on for what we had in mind. Pricing is very competitive even when checking against on-line pricing plus you get some very good pointers from these professionals. Great Job Team!

Spent almost 6 grand and was told to return in 500 miles so they could check bolts. I asked if needed an appointment and was told no just stop in. When I arrived I was told I needed appointment and pretty much pound sand. Unfortunately for them I was about to spend a couple more on bumpers, but the idiot at the counter was rudeasf....

Had my nissan titan XD taken in here. Had a 6 inch lift, new tires and wheels put on. Couldn't be happier. Knowledgeable staff, and friendly.

I've spent the last couple of decades living outside of Omaha so when we moved back and I started my latest project I thought I would try out some of the local shops. I haven't been here since they were over on Millard Ave back in the day. Things have certainly changed. I started off on their website, but it was beyond worthless not even showing the product lines they carried. Next I tried to call as the website suggests and got put on hold long enough that I just gave up. After ordering my parts from a variety of other places I stopped in one day to see if they had a spring compressor, so they could swap the new Bilstein 5100 struts onto my stock springs. Apparently it is their policy to only work with parts they sell. Unfortunately both of the ways that I attempted to buy the parts from them, they failed. As someone who owns a service based business, I can imagine how they got to the point of enacting this policy. I personally would never do it because I'll be the first to admit that I can't order every part ever made and if I can't get something I would still rather see the custom get what they need to complete their project than send them down the road disappointed. All that policy aside, what made me take the time to write the review was way that this policy was presented to me. Lets just say I would give them an A but only for arrogance and attitude. Luckily for me the same shops that I trust with my 12 cars are more than happy to help me with my 2 trucks when the need arises, and since parts are plentiful through lots of other sources I have no reason to bother trying this place out again.

Took my Sierra in for a leveling kit, and I couldn't be happier! The new stance of my truck is great, and the price for the work and parts is more than fair in my opinion. Would be happy to recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks!

I really appreciated the work of the guys at Ultimate Truck Off Road! Marty responded immediately to my request for help when the shop I initially tried to work with was not good about returning calls or email. He answered my questions and helped me zero in on the correct leveling lift, wheels and tires for my F150. He was always quick to reply and had excellent ideas. I would have gone five stars as the guys weren't able to get my truck in to the other shop that does their alignments, the same day. Coming from three hours away, that would have sealed it for me. As it was, I got the alignment done in my hometown, but Ultimate Truck did the heavy lifting! My truck looks and performs beautifully!
