Michael was very helpful, as he helped me, the cigar novice, find just the right cigar for a gift to a friend, who is an aficionado. It turned to be his favorite brand, and he was so surprised and pleased by the accuracy of my gift. I don't smoke often, but Burns has my business. P.S. He could have suggested a cigar the costs twice what I paid, but chose to recommend a resonable product.
