Great place to rent space for a business. It is affordable and has a decent bathroom and loading dock. The people running it were very helpful in getting my unit set up to fit my needs.

Terrible management, stay away. Does not perform standard maintenance on the property and spaces and then blames tenants for issues that arise. I was blamed for a building wide plumbing issue and was told I would be kicked out on my business space because of it. Only when the problem arose again did they find the true issue and withdraw the eviction notice. Upon vacating my damage deposit was used to perform upgrades to the space above and beyond how I entered it. Detrimental to small business. Find something else.
