Today i was sadly denied urgent care for acute knee injury..very severe. Coon rapids location. I came here as a Medicaire insured patient..and a vulnerable adult and they know this and the lady came out and scolded me like a cjild in front of everyone in the waiting room. She said in 2016 i was sent a.letter. i was never sent a letter. She showed it to me. I do live there..but wrong apartment number totally wrong. Wow. Embarassed me as i say there in severe pain And she went on and on how i complained to staff that i was unhappy there. This is true I went to coon rapids in 2015, and i waited 5 .yes five long hours for urgent care. They apologized and now i am terminated? What a very unethical busniess practice and rude inhumane care staff. I now am calling my attorney to see where to go as my knee swells.. DENIED URGENT CARE as a MEDICAIRE PATIENT .. HMM.. i know my rights too. I was verbally assaulted by jennifer and what a very mean spirited person. She said i was booted out of edina location? I never even been in the city of Edina in my 50 years of life.! You can bet you will be in serious violation i will be notifying my senator and Medicaire !

In my almost six weeks; twice a week I have seen three different people. I now have 17 different exercises to do. One person does pressure point the others don't. One person has me on a bike, the others don't. One person says have you been icing? I say Icing what? Your L3...and I ask where is that and am shown. I had no pain standing, laying, walking...only sitting. after my time and added exercises this last Friday I now have the ache and tingling standing, walking, laying. When I went today and was put on a machine where I push the pedals/arms I was asked about pain and described above. I was told that when I came in I said I was not able to stand, walk for more than a few minutes at a time and had to use a cart at the grocery store. I told her I did not. I was told it says it here. I told her I never said that "period" and I have never used a cart in a store. That I told her I had none of that pain when this started. She asked me what my last name was....she had the wrong chart and wasn't sure she was even supposed to see me. She went to the front to check and I was so upset I walked out. No consistency and feel like a piece of meat. So, if we hadn't discovered the wrong chart today I wonder what my treatment would have been.

Aircast Air-Stirrup Light Ankle Support Brace on Amazon $34.99 billed through TCO, over $248.55. I know health care provider's charges are higher but I really don't appreciate this and now they're hounding me for payment. If I had known ahead of time I would have just ordered the item from Amazon. I will be making payments to pay it off but won't be going back to them.
