Great Customer service. I called them because I thought I had been hacked via Facebook. They were able to help me fix the problem. We have used their service in the past for other computer needs and have always been happy with their service.

We use the local experts at BSSI anytime we have tech issues/problems at Louis Thomas Subaru. They are always very prompt and professional. The technicians they send out are both courteous and competent. BSSI is always able to resolve our issues in a timely fashion and for a fair price. We could not be more satisfied with their services, and we highly recommend them to anyone.

BSSI is nothing but amazing! I have found that they are always on top of customer service and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They look for ways to help our YMCA save money and in the several years we have used their services I have never had a negative experience.

I have used BSSI for approximately fifteen years and have been very satisfied with their services. I am a one man IT team here at the Washington County Board of Developmental Disabilities (WCBDD) and they have helped me on numerous server and network infrastructure issues. I have nothing but the highest respect for their service manager, Michael Minear who has never let me down when we had critical system failures. I have used them for the transition from physical to virtual servers and networking between my remote offices. They are very timely in response and even if they can’t have a tech on site immediately they will work remotely to help me troubleshoot the issue.

BSSI has provided Wasco, Inc. with excellent service for many years now. Service Manager Mike Minear is very helpful and patient with our team. BSSI goes above and beyond to make sure our IT systems operate efficiently and effectively every day. I value Mike's input in leading us in the right direction when dealing with software issues and security issues. Wasco, Inc. just installed a brand new server. The transition was well planned out and implemented in a smooth manner with very little "hic cups" and basically little to no interruptions in our workday. We are very pleased to have BSSI as our IT specialists!!
