This place will waste your time and money. They don't tell you that at any time they could bring in a police dog and subject an entire class of people to wasting their time, because they suspect one student may have smoked weed before class. Seriously your gonna waste the time I paid for, and search me without reason because may be someone smoked pot. At least he came to school! How humiliating, to be exposed to this kind of treatment, I felt like I was in a prison. Then they tell you that they can rip your car apart in the parking lot and search it. Excuse me, but no, that will not be happening. Then after wasting time waiting to be violated, they never showed up, so maybe we can waste more time another day. I'm a paying customer, and I am not happy. If it wasn't the end of the school year, I would've walked out and demanded a refund. Save yourself time and money and frustration, and go to a good school. Stay away from this place. You have been warned.

This place is a joke. They value profit over education. You are better off going to Cincinnati State where you can earn meaningful credits that can actually transfer to another school and get a meaningful education. I attended their coding class and it was so bad that at least 20 students left the class. I was 1 of 2 that graduated from the 6 month class. I should have dropped too. I paid thousands for a worthless certificate. I was told this would help further my career. Needless to say, it didn’t. Consider somewhere else.

Amazing I.T. program, granted it did have it's ups and downs but something was always going on. Butler Tech has taught me almost everything I need to know for a career. Newman and Chambers were the best Instructors I have ever met. For those that want a future when you graduate, then this is the place to go.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. After spending nearly $900 on uniforms, class costs, testing, background checks and supplies to take an STNA class, we were told that there was no background check results in. Donna Shaw specifically, did not know what she was talking about, saying it was a BCI result that was not in, when the e-mail was sent to me and her. Then she said my FBI results were not in and to call the BCI number because my BCI results were not in. In reality, she never sent my background check request to the FBI as necessary when I spent money to have my background check ran. Donna Shaw does not know how to do her job properly. All in all, Butler Tech only cares about taking your money and then leaving you to rot. I will never deal with this so called institution ever again in my lifetime.
