Poor customer service, not helpful. This store only care if you spend money at THIS location. I called to look for a specific purse and the gentleman said they didn’t have it in stock at their locations and was sold out everywhere in store and online. I later called the general customer service line and was able to find it in stock online.

I was browsing at bags and decided I didn't want one. I was on my way out on the escalator to Louis Vuitton up stairs when I'm called back into the store so they could check my bag. Which of course I had nothing because I'm not a theif I think they're very racist and no one should shop there !

I tried calling this store in the morning and in the afternoon on a normal week day to find out if they have a specific product in store. No answer, went to an answering machine that was unable to take messages. Didn’t have time to go see for myself :. Why have stores or list a number if you have no plan to answer?

I had Tina help me , she was sooooo helpful, and looked like a super model while doing it . Its like she knew me for 10 years, the way she knew what i wanted. What a great experience.

Worst Celine store in and out of the us! Customer service-horrible! Selection- horrible! Staff knowledge- zero

Horrible service . I would have spent money but woman behind counter was rude.
