I came to get my husband’s wallet exchanged. We ordered online and the stitching on the wallet was a-bit messed up. So my hubby was like, I need this wallet switched since the stitching was a bit off on the front upper center part. When we approached the store there was a line to get in do to capacity do to Covid, happy staff is taking extra caution. Was able to walk around and see if I wanted anything else but for some reason nothing really interested me, other than getting the wallet switched for hubby for his Father’s Day gift. Oliver was very helpful and made sure I was happy with the exchange. Thank you to the team for making us feel welcomed.
Beautiful multi story store that is well stocked - considering the current shortages. Advisors that are patient and not pushy. Located between the Cosmopolitan and Aria. A top rated LV location to shop.
Andrea was our client advisor and she was a gem. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. It was so much fun chatting with her. I walked away with my dream bag and I’m lucky to have met her!
Wish I had seen the client reviews before doing my purchase here. My name was never placed on the list to be helped. My husband noticed that the blond woman at the door did not actually type anything in on the pad. After flagging someone down, whom she said she was the manager, she decided to look up my name on the list. They fail to notice that there are mirrors everywhere and of course my name was not on the list. This was the only store that had the bag I wanted. We opted to get it delivered to my home because I didn’t Want to carry it around during our vacation. I have not been sent a tracking number or any sort of confirmation that it will be delivered.I did call customer service but the line does not go direct to the store. They said I should have received a tracking number by now. We felt we were looked down on and not helped at the store because of our looks, race, ethnicity. I wanted to just dismiss it but now, after having to figure out where my purse is, now I feel dumb that I went thru with my purchase. Last LV I ever buy!!
Usually the service is excellent at most LV stores I have been to but I had the worst experience shopping for luggage at this location. Representative Andrea Rosa was rude and made my shopping experience terrible. I made a purchase but I’m definitely not coming to this location again.
The people at the store are so nice and I love that they don't follow black people around like the Gucci store does
I purchased several items the service was terrible. Only one of the associates was kind knowledgeable and courteous unfortunately he wasn’t the one that help me… I had my never full g m hot stamped And they took longer than what they said was going to be. I had to call the 800 number Since there’s no way to call the store directly BAD EXPERIENCE And the supposed managers were rude an unprofessional to say the least.
They're LV stores everywhere in Vegas, definitely avoid this one! Worst experience in LV ever. I stood in the shop, nobody served us. I sat in front of a counter for over 10 minutes, and nobody served us. Asked three sellers help, they avoid eye contact with me. I asked the recipient for help, saying nobody can serve me, just wait. We were there at non-busy time 11am, wasted 30 mins to ask for help, such a bad experience. I bought the purse I wanted in the LV store in Bellagio, a happy experience with the sales.
We went in Saturday afternoon to look at handbags and ideas of gifts for our mother and we left the store very pleased. The sales representative we got was Ben. He is very knowledgeable in handbags and products. I highly recommend him to anyone. He really listened and understood what we were looking for. He showed us many bags and each to the style we were looking for. We left Saturday with a lot to think about on which handbag was the best for our mother. We returned sunday morning and waited for Ben to purchase the bag. Very pleased with the experience and will definitely return.
I've purchased a couple of bags at this location. Large inventory and so far the sales reps who assisted me were very nice and patient. This last visit Sarah helped me. I was contemplating and couldn't make up my mind and she was just very nice and brought all the bags I wanted to look at. I will definitely return as often as I can.
