You guys had me worried after reading these reviews . My guess is most of you were on the dry van side. Well here’s my experience. I had an appointment for 9:00 pm on 02/05/2018. But I got here two nights before and stayed at a pilot a couple miles away. Well I got here at 6:30 pm and the nice folks at the guard shack tell me my appointment was 9:30 am and to reschedule. No worries s*** happens. So spent the night by gate b which is for reefers which I was hauling. 6:15 am the next day check into guard shack went to receiving office and gave my number told I’d have to wait for a door , half hour goes by get the call back into dock. The only bad part was the wait was pretty long it was about 4 hours for me which isn’t the worst I’ve waited so they get 4 from me. Nice folks by the way

Despite bad reviews on outside vendors. Most of them with Dispatch issues. The workers here are very seasoned receivers and production selectors. The gates can be confusing but ask a guard and they will help.

Truckers, stage at trailer lot on the corner of Bi lo & S. Park. Security will check you in then wait for a white pickup truck to arrive. This is who will tell you what gate to go to. They are very slow. They do allow you to take a break before, or finish it after they unload you in the trailer lot. Their lack of concern over time is why the low rating. They no longer make drivers pay lumpers at this location.

If you have load locks in your trailer, remove them before backing into dock or the dock workers WILL destroy them! Three pallets of meat took about an hour to unload. Gate A is for meat, produce, etc. Gate B is for Frozen. Gate F is for Dry. Guard lady at Gate A was polite and friendly.

C & S building part A very bad administration. My appointment was 10:00AM I reached there 9:00 AM because my another appointment was 12:30.I came from California with their load, (only 6 pallets) 2-3 times I talked with humble for unload, they give me dock at 12:00 they didn’t unload, I received the calls from broker for another load. I went in the receiving office there old guy use the very cheap language with drivers. Driver are also human being we have also the families we see them after 8-10 days like these guys waste our time. I give that massage on our California social network they deny their load because they are F.........., they don’t have menners to talk or working how can these guys America’s make great they are time waster. Drivers don't come here unless you want to wait for hrs. to be unloaded. They give my paper work at 2:30, my another appointment was missed or wait for another load. I suggest the higher authorities they will get the action on them & improve their bad working.
