Your employee William Paul Malone III failed to secure the glass panels on your truck, and they fell off on I-85 damaging my car around 9:50pm tonight at the Mt Holly exit. He tried to flee the scene. My husband caught up with him, and he gave my husband insurance from your company that expired in 2019, then he did flee the scene before highway patrol arrived. He could have killed someone tonight, and he damaged my car. I want everyone to know what kind of shady business you’re running sending negligent clearly untrained people out on the road that aren’t properly insured. He needs to be fired immediately. I sent an email to your company with my contact information so I can get my insurance company some kind of information so I can get the damage to my car repaired.

This is based on the atlanta branch directly. They have given such horrible service to me & has had an impact on my auto glass business. I can't get glass regularly & that means my customer will eventually go elsewhere. Has gone elsewhere. It's a all day event to get some one on the phone then when I do, it's like chewing nails & pulling teeth. I hope this company will eventually get their stuff together so that they can get back to business. If its having an impact on me, I'm sure someone else is impacted as well.
