I have heard many great things about Corey before I started to train with him and everything I heard has been true! Training with Corey has changed my mindset and lifestyle for the better. He is super knowledgeable and passionate about helping me to reach my goals. Corey is not only a great trainer but has been super helpful with nutrition/macros as well. It has only been about six weeks since I started training and I have already noticed physical changes. Each week I am improving my form and feeling stronger. This couldn’t have been possible without the help of Corey. I am glad to have chosen him as my trainer. 10/10 recommended.
I just had my 50th bday party and everyone commented how fit I looked and it's all thanks to C2 Fitness. Corey has worked with me on sustainable goals and results. I've been gradually getting stronger and fitter. He pushes me without making me miserable and he is good company while I do my routine. He is kind and supportive while being firm.
Working with Corey has been an amazing experience! He is very laid back and sessions with him are always a lot of fun. Corey is a fantastic trainer and super knowledgeable. He always explains the workouts while ensuring I know what I am working on and am using the correct form. I’ve seen huge improvements within the last few months working with him. He has helped me set great workout goals including customizing workout routines outside of sessions, and insights into eating right and overall wellness. I would highly recommend working with him. He even has a great deal on Groupon to get started!
I've trained with Corey for almost 2 years now and from the start he has been a pleasure to work with. The results I have achieved while working with Corey are largely due to his diverse training methods & individualized exercise programs. Training with Corey has not only helped me achieve my goals but has helped me live a healthier lifestyle. He is motivating and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. I highly recommend him!
I had heard many good reviews from several people who have gone to C2 Fitness and worked out specifically with Corey Clapp, including my daughter who is a lacrosse player at Muhlenberg College, and needed to get into shape for the LAX season ahead when she returned to school after the holiday vacation. Corey's initial consult with me was thorough, and he seemed to know the right questions to ask to individualize a fitness program for me. As someone who had been a collegiate athlete "way back when," and for 35+ years has a pretty intensive work schedule, fitness seemed to continually take a backseat to all my other priorities. As a doctor, I knew I was doing myself a disservice , if I did not start to consistently take care of myself. So even though getting back into working out was somewhat daunting, Corey worked with me to be able to to achieve this along with my work schedule, made the workouts so interesting and varied, and best of all achievable. Within one month, I feel so much better physically, mentally and I look forward to my workouts with Corey. He is extremely dedicated, and you can see the passion he has for helping so many like me, who needed a push to get back into the world of fitness. A big thank you to Corey, and I am so glad that I have met you and become a part of C2 Fitness!
Corey is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about helping others reach their fitness goals. Every workout is different and i like the fact that he keeps track of my progress too. I would recommend Corey to anyone looking to start a fitnesss journey as well as those who have already started and are looking to improve or take things to the next level.
Best Personal Training you'll get! Working with Corey has been an amazing experience to say the least. I've gone to other facilities and trainers, but now one can compare to Corey. The facility is great and has all the equipment necessary. He's very hands on and very approachable. If your looking for someone to train you one on one, Corey is the man to train with.
